“The swords that we saw Nyx fighting with were in here but I didn’t realise until I had sliced my hand open.” I hold my hand up to show them only to end up gaping in shock as all that’s left of the two and a half inch long slice is a silvery, years old looking scar.
“I swear . . .” I start my eyes wide.
“We believe you Titch!” Mav smiles gently and I exhale, I’m glad they do because I’m kind of in disbelief right now.
“When did you get cool sword tattoos?” Kai asks randomly and we all stare at him like he’s got a second head. “Seriously!” He says pointing to my arms.
“Well holy fucking shit balls batman, where the fuck did they come from?” I exclaim staring at the intricate tattoos that are on my inner forearm. Stretching from my wrist right up to my inner elbow. I tilt my head as I bring my arm closer to study them and I was feeling nostalgic and disappointed that I wasn’t going to get any more Imprint Tattoos now that I am a Centre. I doubt that’s what these are but the pain was similar and fully regret missing them now.
“They’re exact replicas of Nyx’s swords.” Maverick says, leaning in closer.
“Erm, just a heads up you are very close to one of my girls right now and I am seconds away from jumping you.” I say my voice giving away myneed.
The bathroom falls silent as we all become aware of our state of undress. Maverick’s eye’s flick up to mine, heat making them blaze, the effect all the more enticing with his fae features on full display and multihued green eyes. He darts forward and takes my already peaked nipple into his hot mouth. His tongue swirling around it and making me moan as my head tips back landing on Levi’s chest.
One of my hands goes to Maverick’s hair as he peppers kisses across my chest towards my other boob and my other hand travels up and up the side of Levi’s neck and weaves into his hair holding firmly as he growls into my neck and bites down making my hips buck involuntarily.
Holy fuck.
His demon teeth are fucking magic, there’s a brief sound of shuffling and then hands are travelling up my legs. I feel my magic stir in my chest and I know we really should stop this before our combined magic causes an catastrophic event. But I want them so much and having their hands and mouths on me is hard to deny.
Knot caws loudly flapping around us and making us all pull back. She gives us a disapproving yet somehow amused look, an impressive feat considering she a bird.
“Lesson.”
I gape at her in shock, unlike the usual voice of the goddess that I hear in my head.
Seriously what is my life, where I can say that and not think about committing myself.
Unlike the goddess this voice is completely different and I just know it was Knot.
“She just spoke in my head!” I say as we all reluctantly start to get up.
“No way!” Hunt exclaims, “What did she say?”
“Lesson.” I shrug and then my eyes widen as I realise what she means. “Fuck! We are so going to be freaking late!”
We all rush to get dressed and I know I should be doing the same but instead I just watch Hunter’s fantastic naked ass as he walks away. I don’t even pretend that I’m not staring at his ass when he turns back and catches me. His eyes light up as he slowly lets his gaze travel down my naked body leaving goosebumps in his wake.
“You keep staring at me like that and I am not going to give a flying fuck if my magic breaks a hole into another fucking dimension!” I smirk as he chokes on his shock.
“What did she just say?” Jax’s head pops back around the bathroom door, his eyes wide and his damn sexy as fuck smirk in place.
“She said what you think she said,” Hunter answers his eyes never leaving me, “what do you say brother, want to risk it?” he smirks.
“Abso-fucking-lutely!” Jax growls his musical voice making me moan asit fills with heat.
“Guys!” Levi calls, his voice strained.
“Fuck!” I growl, yanking on my clothes. The guys back out of the bathroom reluctantly going to do the same.
“Are we not going to talk about the swords and what just happened?” Mav says as we all rush out of the door.
“To be honest I’m more worried about the sort of trouble we’re going to get into for being late to this Realms lesson, whatever the fuck that is!” I reply. “What is the time anyway?” I ask as we rush down the hall.
I’ll explore later what the swords could mean and ask Dash and Maverick to have a look and see if there’s anything in the library about it.
“What the hell?” Levi exclaims. “We’re not even late!”
