This past week has been incredible. I feel so close to Jeremy after our date and we have spent so much time together this week. But he will have to part with me tonight because Kiran and I have our date.
Kiran has called me into the living room with everyone else. I’m not sure why but I trust him.
“What’s up?” I ask, looking around at all of them. We’ve been busy lately and it feels great to see them all together. We haven’t had any fun like the game night we had before I knew we were all mates.
“I have an idea, we’ve been spending all our spare time together researching, which is very important, but so is growing our bond. So I was thinking we could do a group date tonight? I will, of course, still want my solo date with you but I think this is more important.”
I feel a huge smile take over my face, this is perfect and I love that Kiran knew I needed this.
“I love that idea! Thank you,” I say and go sit on his lap to show him how appreciative I am with some kisses.
“What should we do?” Nic asks.
And I know just the thing, I look over at Jeremy and based on his face I think he knows what I’m about to suggest.
“Well, Jeremy has never been bowling so I think we should do that.”
The guys all laugh and shoot amused expressions at Jeremy.
“You down for that Jer? We can never get you to come with us,” Jay asks.
Jeremy rolls his eyes, “if that’s what Aly wants to do, I’ll go.”
And I give him my biggest smile and send a burst of happiness down the bond. He gives me a soft smile back and I feel like I’ve won the lottery.
