I shivered, the words heating my blood. “That I do, my lord.” We might have had a moment last night after my bonding Cami, but that didn’t mean I would renege on my deal with Ty.

If anything, I would likely find a way to extend it.

I always did enjoy having him inside me, something I sensed he needed a reminder of now more than ever.

“Consider this a warm-up round,” I suggested softly, spreading my thighs for easier access.

He reached forward to enlarge Camillia’s screen, making it take up more of the table space. I’d kept it small to hide my interest from the others, but a shimmer of magic cascaded around us like a curtain, creating a private little viewing booth for me and Ty.

“If you won’t accept one of the sponsorship booths, I’ll just create one for you,” Ty said, his lips touching my neck. “And I’ll personally ensure your every need is met.”

My stomach clenched. “Mmm, I do like the way that sounds, my king.”

“I know you do,” he replied, his palm skating over my zipper on his way up to my belt. “Keep your eyes on the screen, Melek. Tell me what she’s doing.”

“It’s still dark, my lord.”

“Not for long,” he whispered, his fingers deftly unfastening the buckle before popping open the button at the top of my pants.

His warmth surrounded me, his spicy scent reminding me of burning cinnamon, making me sigh. I loved this male more than words could express. Which was why I’d put everything on the line for him.

He saw my mating to Cami as an affront to our connection.

What he didn’t realize was that I’d chosen her for us.

These trials were very much for the Hell Fae who desired mates, but they were so much more than that to me.

The moment Cami had picked up that book in the library, she’d become ours.

I just hoped she lived up to her potential and proved my suspicions correct.

She appeared to be doing an admirable job now as she continued to feel her way through the tunnels, searching for any sign of life.

I relayed that detail to Ty as he nuzzled my collarbone. The zipper of my pants hummed through the booth as he pulled it down, revealing my hardening length.

His fingertips grazed my sensitive skin, his teeth nibbling on the button of my shirt to pop it open.

My heartbeat echoed in my ears as he continued his ministrations downward, parting my dress shirt one button at a time. “And now?” he asked, his mouth dancing along the top of my abdomen.

“Still dark,” I said, my eyes glued to the screen as his hot breath caressed me.

This wasn’t at all what he’d requested with his deal.

But I understood that would comeafter.

This was Ty’s version of an apology. A way for him to put himself at my mercy while he sought forgiveness for doubting me.

I’d forgiven him the moment I’d seen him on the podium today.

However, that didn’t matter.

He needed to secure his place in my soul, remind me who owned me, who ownedhim, what we meant to one another.

This wasn’t about jealousy, though.

I knew he spoke the truth when he said I could have Cami.

He wouldn’t deny me the pleasure of her touch; he’d merely request to join.
