The cackles of the girl gang still reach me through the puffiness of the pillow and I wish I was dressed. If I was they’d all be getting pummeled.

“Don’t be like that, Jazz. We’re over the moon for you. You deserve to be treated like the gem you are.”

I slowly remove the pillow from my face to stare at my sister. “Thanks, Vi.”

“You’re welcome, big sister.” she smirks at me. “I can’t wait to tell mom that you have two boyfriends,” she laughs so hard she rolls forward onto my foot. Her position is perfect for my foot to shove her off the bed.

“So, are you gonna keep them?” Lovely asks with a smile.

“They do seem pretty gone for you,” Kaia adds.

“What makes you say that?” I ask, looking around the room. Almost every single person rolls their eyes or looks at me like I’m an idiot.

“Jazz, those two men are in the clubhouse kitchen raiding it to cook you breakfast. If that ain’t gone, then I don’t know what is,” Mad Dog says.

“Oh, I heard them say they were gonna make breakfast, but I figured it was like eggs or something,” I answer, my voice small but a little in awe.

I’ve never had a man make me breakfast. I’ve never had a man give me pleasure and deny his own. I’ve never had one treat me so thoughtfully and yet here I am, with two of them. I’d have to be fucking mental to let these two slip through my fingers and yet every fibre in my body tells me to run before they figure out how boring my life is and how all consuming my illness is. I don’t know if I can handle it when they inevitably leave.

“Eeeeeek! You lucky thing!” Mira says, clapping her hands. “I love this so much for you!”

“We all do,” Chewy says, uncharacteristically. “They’re good men. Like brothers to me, so you better treat them well.”

I stare at her thinking she might be joking, until I realise that she’s not joking. “Um, I wouldn’t even dream of treating them badly.”

She shrugs. “We won’t have any problems then.” She pauses for a moment, her gaze flicking to mine before it darts away, “I like you. I think you fit into the girl gang well. If you fall in lovewith them you can come watch me work in the Rev Room. It’s a really good show.”

Ana rolls her eyes from her position behind Chewy and I try not to laugh. “I’ll, ah, see what I can do.”

“That’s all we can ask for,” Mad Dog winks.

“Right, let’s get out of here and leave Jazz to her men,” Lovely says, ushering the women out.

“Wait, did you need me for something?” I call out, still confused over the weirdest girl gang visit ever.

“Nah, we just didn’t want you to run before the boys made you breakfast,” Vi says with a grin. She moves to the head of the bed, smacking a kiss on my cheek. “Don’t forget your pills, make sure you rest and try not to over exert yourself with those two,” I lean over and swat her ass as she cackles, rushing to get out the door. I wait until the door closes behind them and flop back onto the bed.

Before long the voices of the two men whose bed I’m lying in drift down the hall and I try not to burst into laughter as they argue over whether to put a flower on the breakfast tray or a candle. I can’t believe this is my life, and as much as I want to run, protect my heart, I fear that I’m already gone for them.

“Hey there, we brought you a little something to eat,” Fox says gently, nudging the door open.

“We weren’t sure if you had any dietary requirements so we brought a selection,” Zane adds, carrying a breakfast tray into the room.

Fox quickly smooths down the bedding a little, creating a nice flat surface beside me to rest the tray. My eyes drop to the breakfast they made me and there, in the very center sits a glass of water with a daisy sticking out of it with a candle burning beside it. Moving my gaze from the tray I’m met with two sets ofbrown eyes, one chocolate, one black, both hopeful. This is the exact moment I know I am well and truly fucked.

Jazz stares at the tray and then bursts into tears. Not just small, rolling down the cheek tears, but huge, gulping, snotty tears and I have no fucking clue what to do. My gaze shoots to Nitro but he’s standing there with comically wide eyes, frozen to the spot.

“Ah, are you OK?” I ask, inching toward her.

My hand hovers in the air just above her and I have no idea whether to rest it on her leg or her shoulder or smooth her hair or what. Her leg doesn’t seem intimate enough considering I had my tongue halfway up her asshole at one point last night, but I don’t want to upset her in any way so I just leave my hand hovering in the air.

“You two are just so sweeeeet,” she wails before taking a shuddering breath and sniffling wetly. Before sobbing again.

“Aw shit, it’s OK sweetheart, we wanted to do this for you. You’re always so busy taking care of others, that we wanted to take care of you for a change.”

“Yeah, Jazz,” Nitro finally adds, “it’s no big deal,”
