His palm cups my nape as his lips fiercely meet mine. “You belong to me,ma belle.”

I arch my back with pleasure, feeling my orgasm nearing, incapable of answering him. I scrape my nails down his back. My primal lust taking control. My world is igniting.

“Elle. What do you want?” he moans between kisses.

I feel vulnerable, obligated to reveal things I’ve never said out loud. I’ve never given any man the power to read my mind. I have my pride. But him, he could make me break the walls I’ve built for years in just a flash, and that scares me.

“Only you. I want you to make me come, Aaron. Don’t stop. I want to be yours,” I yell out, almost crying with pleasure, lost in the heat of heavenly ecstasy. I’ll probably regret admitting I want to be his tomorrow, but as for now, I’m blinded by lust.

He slams into me, cursing, his predator’s eyes locked on mine. His fingers pressing on my clit with the right amount of pressure. We come together in a last intense thrust, grabbing each other, calling out each other’s names at the same time. He remains on top of me as we catch our breath. At this pace, Aaron will own my soul without the certitude that one day I’ll own his. He asked me to be his, but he never said he was mine.

He starts pulling away from me, but this time he gives me a soft kiss on my lips. It’s just a kiss, and yet, it’s the kiss he never gave me after we had sex the first time. I know tonight we will get back to our routine. Me, sleeping in the bed. Him on the sofa. I’ve promised myself I won’t be one of those girls who hope they’d be the special one. The naive ones, the ones hoping they could change a man like Wolf. But I find myself hoping that exact thing tonight. Except that I don’t want to change him. I just want to be one day, significant.

“I can’t resist you, Elle. Because of you, tomorrow I’ll be unable to focus, remembering how good my cock felt buried inside your smoking hot body.” He flashes a seductive grin, witnessing my eyes open wildly, due to his bluntness.

I have one certainty.

I’ve definitely sold my soul to Hell—and I’ll do it all over again for him.

“I could be your personal Grid Girl.” I cock my eyebrow at Aaron, knowing that Grid Girls have been removed from Formula 1 since 2018.

We are on our way to the track, approaching his paddock. I’m excited to see Wolf racing, and to be by his side. He seems incredibly relaxed, probably because it’s just the drivers’ parade, the race starts in two hours. I decided to wear white jeans, my brown wedge heels, and a cute turquoise blouse. I’m starting to feel good in my body, regain my confidence. Wolf fucked Stephan’s touched out of me—forever. Now, I’m free to collect the missing pieces of myself.

“Please, don’t. I couldn’t handle it.” He snorts while waving politely at the reporters taking pictures of us. He tugs me toward him, placing his hand behind my back, while I play with my VIP badge around my neck, trying to not quiver under his touch. “All the men will have their eyes on you, wishing you were theirs, and I couldn’t protect you from them.”

I laugh at him. “How chivalrous of you, Mr. LeBeau.”

“Plus, you’ll make me lose my focus, which could get very ugly for me,” he adds in a playful tone that instantly makes my stomach turn. He is in danger every time he races. He is the epitome of reckless. He is indomitable. A man without the fear of dying. What if something happens?

We enter his garage and greet his pit crew, engineers, who are all focused on making the last adjustments to his car. After the parade, Thomas is giving Aaron his last bit of advice on the race, ordering him to take the win today. Wolf closes his racing suit before jumping into his cockpit to take the pole position on the grid formation.

Thomas hands me a headset to follow the race from the monitors, and to be able to listen to Aaron’s team radio. I am jerked from my anxiety when Monica pulls me into a hug. I immediately smile at her, glad she is here.

“You know he’s never invited a woman to watch a race from his garage, right?” She gives me a dazzling smile.

I pull my headset on, my eyes bewitched on Aaron. “It’s weird, Monica. I’ve known him for like what, a month? But it feels like I’ve known him for much longer.”

“It was the same with Henry and me. Time doesn’t matter in the end. Only the connection between two souls does.”

Everyone stays silent inside the garage watching the screen as the race is about to start. The crowd is yelling the drivers’ names, flags are flying, motors are revving up. Seventy laps to go. I hear the commentator speaking than seven of the drivers chose to start on medium tires, just like Aaron did. That’s a good thing, right?God, I’m anxious.

Red.

Red.

Go.

The race starts, and the sweltering pace of the cars makes my heart skip a beat. The sounds of the motors spread goose bumps on my skin, igniting my soul. This race is nothing like the qualification race. The drivers are driving angrily, without fear, without holding back. They are like gladiators fighting for their lives in an arena.

“LeBeau is taking the first place during the opening lap, following by Harmil,” the commentator yells, as I play nervously with my fingers.
