I wait until she’s writhing and moaning, with her tiny hands gripping my wrist to drive my fingers deeper inside her, to remove them and press the head of my cock to her tight opening. She gasps as I pour lube between us and spread it around her, then she holds her breath as I push into her.

She panics, tightening her knees around my waist so I still myself, massaging her clit until she’s convulsing and gritting her teeth. Relaxing, she drops her knees and slides her body toward mine, pushing herself onto my cock as she rides her orgasm.

I only make it half-way inside of her before I stop myself. She feels good. Fuck me, she feels like heaven, but I don’t want to ruin this for her. I push in and out of her slowly, knitting my brow because it takes every ounce of effort not to blow inside of her at her slightest sound.

She cries my name and grinds her ass against me, so I go a little faster, a little deeper. I rub her clit, making her come again and again until I can’t hold back anymore.

“Are you going to come in my ass too?” she rasps, and the way she looks up at me so innocently is so goddamn enticing I nod. “I want you to … yeah, everywhere.”

God, this girl. This woman.

Lifting her hips off the bed, I plump her firm, pert ass cheeks in my fingers, flexing my shoulders as I empty myself into her. She closes her eyes and arches her back. She squeezes her own tits and sucks her bottom lip.

She’s the sexiest woman I’ve ever met, and fuck, I’m not going to let her go.

Two days later, confusion sets in when Elaine announces that Mr. York is waiting to see me. I’ve had many encounters with Little York in this office, but her father is the last person I expected to see again. For a moment, I wonder if he’s found out about us, but then I shrug.

I don’t give a fuck what he knows or thinks. His daughter is mine. I won’t apologize for being with her.

Elaine ushers him in and for the next couple of minutes, he makes small talk—everything from talking about why he started York’s to thanking me for being so kind to his little girl when she came to me about satisfying the loan. It becomes obvious that he has no clue what we’ve been doing in my bed, that car of hers I plan on replacing the second she drops her guard, and everywhere else we’ve attacked each other, so I finally stop him mid-sentence.

“Felicity has already thanked me, Mr. York.” Just last night, she’d thanked me with her tongue and throat after I made her come so hard she couldn’t stand up for a few hours. A smile touches my lips at the memory. “I guess I’m not exactly sure why you’re here.”

“I’m good friends with the owner of The Sandwich Station,” he says tentatively. He rubs his wrist the same way Flick does when she’s nervous. I know exactly who he’s talking about. They’re a few buildings down from York’s and I bought them out a month ago for the upgrades I planned to do to the block. “He was telling me you’re interested in the buildings on the street.”

My mouth sets in a hard line because I don’t like where he’s going with this conversation. “I see,” I grind out.

“I want to sell,” he says more confidently. When I lean back in my chair and cross my arms, he blabbers on. “I know I made a fuss about giving in before, but you’ve got to realize my house and everything I invested were on the line.”

“I was never going to take your house, Mr. York. I just wanted the building.”

“And I’m willing to sell that to you.” He flinches when he meets my cold stare. His eyes are green, like Flick’s, but any respect I had for this man is gone. “If you’re still interested…”

Shoving away from my desk, I pace to the window and glare at the bridge until the suspension cables start to blur together. “Did you tell your daughter about this? She went through a lot of effort so you wouldn’t get your ass handed to you. I’d like to think you wouldn’t be in here if you’d talked to her first.”

Fuck, I wouldn’t have let him in my office if that were the case. I’ve seen her every day, and it doesn’t take a business degree to realize she’s oblivious to this. “I’m going to talk to her. I’ll give her back the money she gave you too. I’m just … I can’t keep doing it, Mr. Cade. We’re losing money. It’s not working. I—”

I hold up my hand because I’m done with hearing him speak. When I purchased The Sandwich Station, the owner had opted to move to a more affordable part of town. York doesn’t sound like he’s moving anywhere. He’s simply going to cash out and shit on everything Flick tried to preserve.
