“Well,” she replied. “Technically you said you’d spank me if I tried to give you money and I didn’t try to give it to you,” she pointed out reasonably, even knowing that explanation wasn’t going to work.

“Semantics,” Trace told her, coming up behind her to pat her bottom. “Upstairs. Clothes off. Put your nose in the corner and poke that bottom out.”

With a low groan, Lila slowly moved upstairs and did as they’d ordered. After what seemed like hours, she heard them enter the bedroom but knew better than to turn around before she was given permission.

“Come here, baby girl,” Gavin told her.

Turning, she saw them sitting on the bed side by side. Gavin crooked his finger and she came towards them. Leaning forward, he caught her hands with his. As one, they all dropped down to one knee before her. She stood there buck-naked, her mouth open as she gaped at them.

“Lila Richards,” Gavin began. “I love you with all my heart. Each night when I come home, sometimes so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open, all I have to do is hear your laugh or see your smile or catch your scent and suddenly I’m filled with energy. You’ve brought laughter and fun back into my life. I love you, baby, will you marry me?”

Tears dripped down her cheeks. “Yes,” she cried. Standing, Gavin drew her into his arms and kissed her. Then letting her go, he stepped back and sat on the bed.

Trace grabbed her hands, hold them tight. “Lila, letting you leave years ago was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I thought about you every day, about holding you, loving you and now that you’re here I thank God every day. I love you. Marry me?”

“Yes, oh yes,” she cried and he jumped up. She leaped at him, knowing he’d catch her. He fell back on the bed with a laugh as she kissed his cheeks, his lips and the tip of his nose.

“Hey now, save some of that sugar for me, Lila,” Colin teased.

Trace helped her stand and it was Colin’s turn to take her hands. “Lila, you’ve shown me that I can have it all. No matter what was thrown your way, you’ve remained strong and sweet and you’ve kept us all sane. You’ve made my dreams come true and I love you. Will you do me the honor of being my wife?”

“Hmm, let me think,” she teased, squealing as he grabbed her, tickling her.

“I give in, I give in, I’ll marry you,” she gasped, laughing as he laid her on the bed beneath him, resting his weight on his arms and kissing her passionately.

“You guys are more than I ever thought I deserved,” Lila told them. “Some days I pinch myself just to make sure I’m not dreaming. I would love nothing more than to marry all of you.” She pursed her lips. “How exactly does that work?”

“Technically, you’d marry Gavin since he’s the oldest,” Colin explained. “But we’d all be included in the ceremony and you’d be married to all of us in our hearts.”

“Oh,” she said. “That’s nice.”

“I’m glad you approve,” Gavin rumbled in his deep voice. “How long do you think you’ll need to plan this? One month?”

She punched his arm. “A year.”

“Three months,” he countered.

“Six months,” she told him with a glare.

“Deal.” He held out his hand and she giggled as she shook it.

“I can’t believe we just negotiated when we were getting married. You’re so romantic,” she teased.

Gavin smiled. “I leave that to Colin. Now, we have something to take care of before we can celebrate.”

Lila frowned, confused. “What? Oh no, really? You can’t possibly be going to spank me.”

“Did you break a rule?” Gavin asked.

“But Gavin,” she whined, even as she knew better.

“Over my knee,” he told her.

Lila climbed onto Gavin’s warm lap, supporting herself by placing her hands on the floor. Her feet dangled off the ground as Gavin adjusted her, adding to her feeling of vulnerability.

“Everything we have is yours,” he told her sternly. “There is no you and us and its time you understood that, young lady.”

With that ominous statement, he started spanking her. There was no lead-up, he spanked hard and steady, never striking in the same place twice in a row.
