“It’s fine,” Dom mumbled, yawning. “I don’t want to waste our last day sleeping.” He pushed a leg between Henry’s thighs and scooted closer, kissing the base of Henry’s throat and making him moan. “What’s got you so cross, anyway?”

“Nothing, really.” Henry closed his eyes, enjoying Dom’s slow exploration of his neck and throat.

“You sure? It sounded like something had pissed you off big time.”

His hand roamed lower, trailing teasing fingers over Henry’s cock, and Henry groaned, hips pushing upward. “The aerial walkway was all booked,” he muttered without thinking.

Dom stopped what he was doing, propped himself up on one elbow, and stared down at him. “When were you trying to book it for?”

Ah, fuck.

Henry hadn’t meant to say that. Now he was just embarrassed. He scrubbed a hand over his face, then sighed in resignation. “Tomorrow with you. But it’s fine. I’d probably have hated it anyway.” He smiled, but it was weak, at best.

Dom bit his lip, colour covering his cheeks, and Henry wondered what on earthhehad to be embarrassed about. “I, um... I actually booked two slots for tomorrow.”

Henry gaped at him. Had he planned to go with someone else?

Well, fuck me.

Rolling his eyes, Dom punched him on the arm.

“Ow, what was that for?” Henry groused, rubbing his shoulder, not that it had hurt.

“Because I can tell what you’re thinking. I booked the other slot on the off chance you changed your mind.” He shrugged a shoulder, reaching out to put his hand over Henry’s. “Wishful thinking, I know, but...”

“Oh.” Henry swallowed.

Shit. Now I really have to do it with him.

“So, if you still fancy joining me tomorrow, you can.”

“Um...”

Dom barked out a laugh. “Only if you want to, Henry. I won’t hold it against you.”

“But you’ve already paid.”God, it was like Kyle and the skiing trip all over again.

Dom, ever perceptive, cupped Henry’s face and gently coaxed him to face him. “That’s right.Ipaid. That was my decision, not yours. If you want to join me, then that would be fantastic—I’ll look after you, I promise—but if you don’t want to do it, then that’s absolutely fine too. You can watch my spider-like legs as I flail down the zipwire.”

Henry snorted. Like Dom would flail doing anything. He’d probably glide down like a member of Cirque du Soleil. But one thing he knew for sure? Dom was nothing like Kyle. Henry felt guilty for ever comparing them.

“Yes.”

“Yes?” Dom cocked an eyebrow.

“I’ll do the aerial thingy with you, if that’s okay?” Henry realised he’d not actually asked if Dom wanted company, but he’d bought him a ticket, right? So he must do.

Dom beamed, answering Henry’s unspoken question. “Yes, of course it’s okay. I was hoping you might change your mind. He huffed out a laugh. “Obviously, since I bought an extra ticket.”

“Which I’ll pay you back for.”

“There’s no need to—“

“I want to,” Henry insisted, and something in his tone must have clued Dom into the fact he was serious.

“Okay.” Dom leant in and kissed him, soft lips a sharp contrast to the six-day stubble of his jaw and Henry sighed into it. “What do you want to do today?”

Stay here and pretend we aren’t leaving tomorrow.
