Dom: Yeah, ok. Let’s do that.

Dom sent Henry his address, still smiling like an idiot. If he went into the house like this, they’d think he’d been at the whisky.

Henry: I’ll see you Friday then. x

Dom: Yeah. Can’t wait. x

Before he got out of the car, he sent a quick message to Nathan.

Dom: Thank you for your suggestion. I now have better plans on Christmas Eve.

The eggplant emoji he got in return had him laughing and shaking his head, but Nathan wasn’t wrong.

Roll on Friday.

Dom’s housewas pretty much exactly how Henry had pictured it. A cute two-bedroom property set a bit back from the road and surrounded by way more land than you’d get in the city.

The garden was immaculate—not that he’d expected anything less—and Henry smiled at the Christmas tree standing proud out the front of the house, covered in white fairy lights. They twinkled in the darkening sky making the cottage look almost like a Christmas card. All it needed was a blanket of snow.

A large wreath hung on the front door, thick with holly and pinecones, and finished off with a huge red bow. Henry glanced up, half expecting to see mistletoe above him and was a little disappointed when he found nothing there.

The door opened as he was still staring upward, and Dom cleared his throat, startling him.

“What are you looking for?” Dom frowned, following Henry’s gaze to the top of his door.

“Mistletoe.” He waved a hand at the door, then the tree. “You have everything else.”

“Come here.” Dom tugged on the bottom of Henry’s coat, urging him inside and shutting the door behind him. “Look up.”

Henry did as he was told, grinning in delight when he saw a sprig of mistletoe taped to the ceiling above them. “Would you look at that.”

“You know what that means, right?” Dom murmured, stepping closer until he had Henry backed against the door.

“That you’ve been harassing everyone who’s knocked on your door?”

Dom barked out a laugh. “I only put it there half an hour ago.”

Henry wrapped his hands around Dom’s waist. “For me?”

“Mm-hmm.”

“Well, we don’t want any bad luck, do we.” Henry licked his lips and Dom’s eyes darkened.

“Definitely not.”

The kiss started off soft, but four days was a long time. They hadn’t sexted after that first time, and Henry had thought of nothing else but this moment ever since Dom had asked him to come over.

Dom’s hands were in his hair, his tongue sweeping into Henry’s mouth, and thank god they were alone because the moans escaping Henry weren’t quiet.

He held on for dear life as Dom pressed against him, pushing their hips together, and the unmistakable hardness in Dom’s jeans sparked a fire inside him.

“Happy to see me?”

Dom’s breathless laughter tickled his neck, and Henry shivered. “Can you tell?”

“Little bit.” Henry ground against him, making them both moan.
