“Caliane, maybe—”
“Shh! Shut up. Be good and let me.”
His teeth flash in a quick grin. “Yes, my sweet.”
I wait, my thighs burning, and try to slow my breathing. Arvi holds me up, singing a soft, achingly beautiful melody about a man who fell in love with a mermaid. I’ve never heard it before. The melody loops around us, deep and mournful, and slowly, with each beautiful note, I sink lower, and lower, until I sit in Arvi’s lap and there’s no more space between us. When I look down, my stomach looks pregnant. I avert my eyes.
Arvi finishes the song, stroking my arms and back soothingly. I crane my neck to look up, and we smile at each other, taking in this moment.
He’s here, deeper than anyone before. I did it.
“You’re not going to ride me, are you?” he asks, his eyes creasing with mischief. “It doesn’t seem like you can move. At all. I wonder what shape your guts will be in when I’m done. You’ll lie in bed for days just to recover.”
I hit his arm without much strength. “Make me come and all will be good.”
He holds me close and shifts us until I’m on my back. He withdraws slowly, and I hiss, the fullness rippling and sliding in a wave of exquisite torment. I don’t hurt anymore. All I do is—throb.
“Let’s breed you, sweet.”
He moves slowly at first, just the shallowest thrusts moving his knob in and out of me until I pant with pleasure. Oh, the Agnidari knobs. They are a blessing and a curse, turning me into a wanton mess each time one finds its way inside me. I shake harder and harder, clutching Arvi until a debilitating orgasm swallows my body. I take it in silence, and he curses when my muscles clutch him tighter.
“Fuck. I’m almost there. Do you think… Yeah, we’re doing it.”
He pulls out fast and flips me around until I lie on my belly. I moan, knowing what’s coming, but before I have time to think straight, he pushes back in, stretching me in this new position. For a moment, I’m afraid he won’t fit this time, but it seems my insides are thoroughly rearranged. He slides deep with a grunt, and I give in to the pressure. Tiny, high-pitched sounds flee through my tight throat as Arvi speeds up, his thrusts long and thick, his girth plowing me open.
“Almost… Please…”
I wouldn’t stop it if I could. The pressure breaks, and I soar somewhere in a world without sounds and sights, blind and deaf, only feeling. Arvi stops moving, his cum filling me even more until I fancy that final drop will break me. But I remain whole, even if it feels like my soul has shattered.
“Caliane? Caliane!”
I realize I’m on my side, his muffled voice coming as if from a great distance through the ringing in my ears. My body is the heaviest it’s ever been. I am made of lead and so content, I think I’ll indeed stay in bed for days.
“Mhwhat.”
“Say something,” he murmurs, frantically brushing hair off my face. “Caliane! Are you well?”
“Mngh… Never… Better…”
“Oh, thank the gods.”
I fall asleep after that. When I crack my eyes open, it’s light, and Arvi’s still inside me, stuffing me full. Hushed voices break through my blissful haze.
“…no way you made her faint! It’s like you transferred your curse onto her or something.” It’s Khay. He laughs, and I smile in response. I love Khay. Love them all.
“I mean, maybe she just fell asleep?” Arvi says. “I’ve watched her all night, but she’s fine. Caliane? Are you waking up?”
I yawn, clumsily waving behind me until I find some part of him, and I pat it in reassurance.
“Let me sleep. Feels so good.”
“Yeah, about that.” Arvi sounds sheepish yet proud. Oh yes, I took him whole. I grin when I remember it. “So Molly sent a messenger, and she’ll be here a bit sooner because the roads are better than she expected.”
Why is he so worried? We like Molly. It’s okay if she comes sooner, she’ll be able to stay longer.
“Mmm. How soon?”
“The day after tomorrow.”
