“Yes, but they can share rooms whenever. Are you one of those elitists who thinks every kid has to have their own bedroom?” Kristina joked.
“No, but things get tricky when they’re teenagers if you have a boy and a girl. I’d know; I have an older brother. He’s two years older, so when he hit that age…”
“Oh, no…”
“Yeah… He did it all the time, and we were still sharing a bedroom, so my dad had to give up his office in the basement, and my brother moved in there.”
“I have a younger brother. I swear, I walked in on him doing that once, and he covered it up, but I’m pretty sure.”
“So, back to my point…”
Jennifer tossed the final die into Kristina’s lap.
“Which was?”
“That ifsomeonewanted to soundproof one of the other rooms and maybe play her music in there, maybe write something that someone else…” She pointed to herself. “Could hear, that would be okay with that particular someone else.”
Kristina smiled and said, “I see what you did there.”
“Well, I was pretty obvious about it, so…”
“Do you believe in karma?” Kristina read from the next card.
“I’m going to say yes. And I sure hope your ex is getting some. Bad karma, specifically.”
Kristina laughed and said, “I’m going to try to be a better person and say that I hope she just figures out what she wants.”
“You’re definitely a better person than me, then, because I hope she gets–”
“Okay.” Kristina put her hand over Jennifer’s mouth to quiet her. “Let’s not talk about my ex all night.”
“I don’t recall seeing ‘cover mouth with hand’ on those dice I just folded,” she mumbled through Kristina’s hand.
CHAPTER 33
Kristina
“Let’s start easy,” she suggested.
“What counts as easy?” Jennifer asked and took a sip of her drink.
“I’ll roll the ones for body part and action. Location can be the bed. Time doesn’t matter, and we’re not ready for toys yet.”
“Speak for yourself,” Jennifer joked as she set her glass down. “But go for it.”
Kristina was nervous. She had never done anything like this before, and as much as she was trying to push herself out of her comfort zone a little, she could get ‘lick’ and ‘pussy’ on the first roll. It wasn’t that she didn’t want to do that with Jennifer, but she was hoping for something that would allow them to keep their clothes on to start. A warm-up would be nice because her heart was already racing.
Jennifer was very beautiful and kind, and Kristina wasn’t sure that any of the other women here were for her, so there was a lot riding on this one night and how she handled her nerves. She cleared her throat, picked up the green and yellow dice, and gave them a hopeful toss onto the bed.
“Neck and suck,” Jennifer read. “That’s pretty easy.”
Kristina breathed a sigh of relief before she nodded at her and asked, “Can you lean over a little?”
“What? No way. You come to me.” Jennifer moved to lie flat on the bed and wiggled her eyebrows at her. “I won’t bite. Well, Ican’t. We didn’t makethatan action for the game.”
“We wrote things in pencil. We could always erase and rewrite,” Kristina suggested and moved to straddle her, mustering her courage, because ‘neck’ and ‘suck’ were easy, and that was what she’d been hoping for.
“I like the way you think.”
