(Also gives an evil laugh) Ramona and I have been working together in secret for months. And tonight, we kill you and take the company and use it for our own agenda.
IGNACIO
Why?
At that, Methat reaches up and places a hand over his face, and then in one swift movement, he pulls his prosthetic face mask off and tosses it to the floor. Ignacio gasps.
IGNACIO
Who . . . Who are you?
METHAT
Don’t you recognize me? (Taking out his contact lenses) It is I, your other brother.
Ignacio gasps and grabs his chest as if he is having a heart attack.
IGNACIO
But, but . . .
METHAT
I know. You thought I was dead. You thought I was lost at sea, didn’t you?
IGNACIO
We . . . we all did.
METHAT
(Shaking his head) I drifted for days, maybe weeks. I drank rain water and ate fish. Finally, I washed up on shore, in the Emirates, and was taken in by a group of nomadic desert dwellers who raised me as their own.
IGNACIO
But why did you never contact us?
METHAT
I had to keep my identity a secret until our father died. Because it was he who tried to kill me. Falling off our family yacht was not a mistake, our father pushed me.
IGNACIO
Why?
METHAT
Because he just found out that our mother had had an affair with his sworn enemy, Alessandro Iglesias, and I am his son. I am the love child of our father’s greatest sworn enemy, and he hated me for it.
IGNACIO
(His face softens) Brother, you have returned to me.
RAMONA
Don’t “brother” him. You tried to kill me. You killed your other brother too. And for that, you must die.
Ramona holds her hands out and shoots electricity through her fingers. It shoots across the room and shocks Ignacio. He grabs his chest as she laughs in an evil way.
