“Are you sick?” he asked sharply, concern immediately filling his voice. “What happened? What’s wrong?”

“I don’t know…” Bianca murmured weakly. “I just feel awful.”

He could hear faint breathing from her side, and it only made the tension in his chest worsen.

“I’m at the Marriott Hotel. Room fifty-four,” she continued softly. “I already texted you the passcode to the room. I was supposed to attend a meeting today, but I feel too sick to even leave the room now.”

Her breathing sounded uneven for a second before she continued quietly.

“Can you come over and help me?”

Elias grabbed his watch tightly from the bed.

“I’m coming right now,” he said immediately.

But before he could say anything else, the call suddenly disconnected.

“Bianca?”

The line had already gone dead.

His expression darkened instantly.

He quickly called her back, but the phone kept ringing without an answer.

A bad feeling settled heavily in his chest.

“Damn it,” he muttered under his breath before grabbing his watch and storming out of the room.

He moved down the stairs quickly while dialing Felix’s number at the same time.

“Bring the car around. Now.”

By the time Elias stepped outside the house, Felix had already pulled the car up to the entrance.

Moments later, the car sped toward the Marriott Hotel.

The second the car stopped at the entrance, Elias shoved the door open before the vehicle had even fully settled.

“I’m bringing Bianca out,” he ordered sharply as he got out of the car. “Then we’re going straight to the hospital.”

“Yes, Mr. Creed,” Felix answered quickly, straightening beside the car.

Elias didn’t waste another second. He strode into the hotel at a hurried pace, his expression dark and tense as he headed straight for the elevator. His fingers tapped impatiently against the button while waiting for the doors to open.

The moment the elevator reached the floor, he stepped out immediately and walked down the hallway with long, quick strides. Reaching Bianca’s room, he entered the passcode and pushed the door open.

The second he stepped inside, his brows furrowed.

Bianca was lying motionless on the bed with her eyes closed. She looked unconscious.

“Bianca?” Elias called out sharply as he hurried toward her.

He bent down beside the bed and grabbed her shoulder, shaking her lightly.

“Bianca.”

There was no response.
