Then sighed softly.

“Twelve hours of reconstruction duty,” she announced. “Both of you.”

“What?” Gunner barked.

“You destroyed the corridor together,” she replied smoothly. “You will repair it together.”

The Wolf looked personally victimized by this.

“And if either of you engages in another altercation before the Spring Equinox Festival,” Professor Kenna added quietly, “I will personally ensure you spend the remainder of the semester scrubbing grundlewog pens beneath the eastern cliffs.”

Gunner stormed out immediately.

Professor Kenna looked unsurprised.
