Wylder held on tight as he sucked on Alek’s tongue.

As they kissed, Alek began to undress Wylder then himself until they were both naked with hard cocks.

“Start the water. I want it hot,” Wylder demanded, pushing Alek toward the large stand-in shower stall.

“I’ll show you hot,” Alek muttered under his breath.

“Ha! That’s a good one. I knew that I could train you.”

Alek very nearly rolled his eyes at his ridiculous mate but that would just prove Wylder’s point. His human was sneaky and had been getting Alek to relax more and let his guard down.

“Hurry, mate,” Wylder ordered. “I’m getting cold sitting here all by myself.”

Okay, Alek did roll his eyes.

“I saw that,” Wylder sing-songed.

“You did not,” Alek retorted.

“There is a mirror in the shower. I totally just busted you rolling your eyes,” Wylder claimed.

Okay. Alek would give that to Wylder. He turned the temperature handle all the way to the left before easing it back to the right where it would be hot but not too hot for his mate.

He returned to the counter and pulled Wylder to the edge.

“One more thing,” Wylder said as he wrapped his arms around Alek’s neck and started to play with his long hair.

If his mate kept doing that, then Alek would fulfill any wish that Wylder had. His mates had introduced Alek to a hair kink that he hadn’t even known that he’d had.

“I want you to bite me,” Wylder told him.

Alek jerked back.

“No.” Wylder wrapped Alek’s hair around his fist and yanked him back. “You said you would.”

“I’m not sure now is the time—”

Wylder narrowed his eyes. “Why not?”

Alek stumbled over his words. There was nothing more intimate than drinking someone’s blood. At least not for him. He could survive off regular food and drink but he did need blood once a month or so. It was habit at this point for Alek to find someone to drink from before removing the memory from their mind with the help of magic that Seb had passed to him.

It was almost time for Alek to need blood as he hadn’t fed from anyone else since meeting his mates.

“There isn’t a good reason,” Wylder pointed out.

Alek swallowed hard. He was worried about scaring Wylder. Or having his human mate look at him differently.

Wylder tugged on his hair again. “Tell me.”

Alek wasn’t getting out of this. “I worry that you will see me differently.”

“Why would I?” Wylder questioned.

“You see me as this uptight man with fancy clothes and money,” Alek shared. “Other than when we were battling the unseelie I haven’t used my vampire abilities around you and you were distracted at the time.”

“I didn’t notice anything different,” Wylder said.

“I know,” Alek agreed.
