There’s laughter in her gaze when she says, “Katie.”

I try the word on and it’s like smooth whiskey on my tongue.Dangerous.

“Well, Katie, you want to give this photographer and all those people something to talk about for the next month?”

Her cheeks flame. Her pupils dilate and shenods, yes.

I step into her, pressing her legs wide, and wrap my hands around her soft waist. She obeys like a dream, wrapping her thighs around me, hooking those cute cowgirl boots.

I nearly groan.

I should pick her up. That’s what I intend, but I fist that mane of sunshine curls instead.

Chapter Four

I’ve never had a man between my legs before. But now I’ve got a biker named Skull with his hand shoved into my hair and his bulging pelvis wedged deep into the juncture of my legs. And someone is taking photos.

Not the photographer. Some mommy-type woman wearing a scandalized expression.

She’s probably jealous.

Because this mountain of muscle and leather is literally head and shoulders above any man within this whole park.

His rough growl makes me melt in his hands. And when Mr. Skull leans into my ear I whimper.

Straight up whimper.

How mortifying.

“You keep looking at me like that, princess, and I’m gonna fuck you right here.”

I gasp loudly. “You wouldn’t…”

His expression is lethal as he laughs darkly. “You obviously have no idea the kind of man I am.”

Yes I do.

He’s bad. And I’m losing my mind just breathing in his leather and danger scent.

“I think maybe we should take a rain check,” I manage to say after a few seconds.

Holy smokes did I just say that?!? Because I’m going to run to my car and disappear the moment this stupid photo shoot is over. And I’m going to beat up my so-called friends.

He growls in my ear, setting off an explosion of goosebumps. “Tell me when and where. I’ll be there.”

He would. I can tell.

But I push him back. “You’re fogging up my brain. I can’t think right with you so close.”

It’s true. And the way those blue eyes of his cut right to my soul only adds to the inferno inside me.

“Maybe if we do what she wants, Anna will leave us alone,” I say, feeling discombobulated by his proximity.

His nostrils flare. “Alone is good. If you want me to dispose of her body just say the word.”

Oh lord.He’s serious.

“No!” I exclaim. “You big beast. You’re not committing murder today. Not because of me.”
