Then again, why go for something I’ve already tasted? Ariel’s friend Jazz is a hot little number, and so is Darby, M.D.
It’s nearing late afternoon, and I haven’t talked to Brett, Jake, or River about the bachelor party for Alex tonight. Evie swore she had it all under control. We’ll celebrate here in the courtyard, while the ladies will celebrate on the beach. A buffet will serve as munchies or dinner, and the booze will be flowing.
And I have a special surprise for my buddy Al.
Jazz has agreed to sneak away from the bachelorette bash to give Alex one hell of a striptease.
I’m hard just thinking about it.
Hell, I need a release something fierce. This whole day…
Fuck. This wholeeventhas been one big mess.
I walk out the back where some staffers are already setting up for Alex’s last hurrah. It’s going to be awesome. I keep walking toward the pool house, and?—
“Damn,” I grit out.
Heather is floating on her back in the pool, eyes closed, and…
She’s naked, those perfect tits sticking out, nipples hard and ready.
I take a moment, drinking in the sight, her fair skin glowing under the afternoon sun, beads of water glistening like diamonds on her flesh. She’s achingly beautiful, like a storm I want to get swept up in all over again.
I remember.
I remember her in my bed…
The pool water ripples as she lazily kicks her legs. Her lips are slightly parted, ready to be devoured.
“Enjoying the view?”
I lift my eyebrows.
Her eyes are still closed. I thought I was being quiet. I should’ve known she’d sense my presence.
“I am,” I reply. “Can’t say I’ve seen anything better.”
She laughs softly, fluttering her eyelids open. “Care to join me?”
“Now that’s an offer I can’t refuse.”
I shed my clothing quickly, and though I long to dive into the cool water, I get in slowly, feet first, so I don’t disturb her relaxation.
I’ll disturb her soon enough.
The water refreshes me, soothes me. Heather shifts her position, flipping over onto her stomach, and swims toward me.
I tread water, watching her move. She tilts her head to the side and winks. A playful challenge. For a moment, I lose myself in her dark blue eyes.
We stop some distance apart, an unspoken tension humming between us.
“So,” she murmurs. “About that offer...”
I grin. “Just warming up.”
Her laughter rings out like music in the still air before she submerges, agitating the calm surface of the water with her dive. When she resurfaces, she’s right in front of me, close enough for me to feel the droplets of water cascading down from her hair onto my chest.
“I hope you’re ready then,” she whispers.
