“Okay one, you can’t say fuck all, you didn’t even check your wife’s medical records, just believing her when she claimed to be bipolar. Two, Clark is my wife, how is it trapping when we already have a five-year-old?”

Dad’s lips twitch into a smirk, not what I thought he’d do, and I shake my head.

“How bad is it?” Killer asks, and I wince.

“She threatened to rip my balls from my body three days ago while helping me back into bed and hasn’t spoken to me since,” I admit, and groans echo in the small room. “I’m pretty sure the only reason why she’s outside in the common room is that Willow begged her to come.”

“Fuck’s sake,” Blaze huffs, “So not only do we need to go over the books for every business, but now we need to come up with a plan to help you from being killed in your sleep.”

I sigh, “There’s no point in trying to plan to save my ass, I’m good as dead,” and Blaze raises a brow, but soon groans along with everyone else when I admit, “I’m returning to work tomorrow.”

“She’s going to fucking kill you,” Cage mutters from beside me, and I hum, not disagreeing with him.

At the moment, she’s focusing on the fact that I knocked her up. She hasn’t really heard anything I’ve said, including about returning to work, so shit will probably hit the fan.

“Look, I’ll handle my wife,” I say, and more groans echo, making me roll my eyes, but I continue, “I need all of your help, as well as Drew’s.” Cage frowns, but I shake my head and look at my dad and ask, “Can you call Drew in here?”

He frowns as well, but does as I ask and opens the door before saying, “Drew, you got a minute?”

Several gasps echo because old ladies are not normally called into church, and I roll my eyes again at the dramatics before the beautiful woman walks in holding a baby, and I smile as she looks around the room.

“Huh, I thought it would be more manly, but it’s airy,” she says, and I grin.

“Pass me my nephew,” I demand, and Drew grins as she rounds the table and hands over the tiny baby and helps me cradle him in my arms.

Fuck, he looks like his dad and yes I feel pride because not only did I help deliver Angela, but I also helped deliver this beautiful boy.

“Geez, Drew, did any of your genes pass down to him?” I ask, and she snorts, “Nope, now what did you need?”

I look at her, and I ask, “Any chance you can help plan a wedding in the yard but keep it on the down low?”

Drew slowly smiles as Bones confirms, “You want to give Clark the wedding she dreamt of?”

I nod as I gently rock my arms as CJ stirs, and admit, “I do, it’s the least we could all do to be honest. I can’t ask Belle because she’s working shit loads, and two, she’d blab without meaning to.”

Crash chuckles and agrees, “Yeah, she will.”

“I can do it,” Drew says firmly, “Besides, I’ve been going out of my mind with boredom.”

I grin as she slowly takes her son back from me, and I say, “Make sure you contact Kodi, she’d have my ass if she isn’t involved, plus she can help. She knew what kind of wedding Clark wanted growing up, but keep the guest list small.”

I notice Knuckles tense, and I bite back a smirk.

Every time the woman is mentioned, he acts differently, and I can see he’s trying to fight it, but it won’t work, believe me I fucking tried for years like an idiot.

“Leave it with me,” Drew says with a grin before she rounds the table, giving her husband a wink as she leaves, and Cage grins, “That woman is going to put a large dent in your card,” and I chuckle.

“I wouldn’t have it any other way,” I admit before saying, “Right, let's begin church so I can go grovel to my wife. Knuckles, the gym, how’s it going? And how’s the income for the fight club?”

“Church dismissed,” Cage calls an hour later, and I slowly stand, trying not to grunt at the pull in my chest, sitting for so long was not a good fucking idea.

“Son, you got a minute?” my dad asks as everyone files out, and I hold in my sigh as Cage raises a brow at me.

I give a nod, and Cage nods back before leaving, and I say, “What’s up, Dad?” as I slowly walk around the table.

Dad frowns, “You sure you’re okay with returning to work?”
