Trying to get away from him, he wraps his arm around me, pulling me into him and holding me down. I play like I’m struggling against him as he wraps his left leg around me, securing me in place. The harder I struggle, the tighter his grip holds me, and I can’t keep in the giggle that comes out anymore. I can hear Ash on the phone as he laughs out, “The fuck, Bro. You could have said that you were busy. I remember what all of that is like. This can wait till later.” I hear Ash laugh again.

“Yeah, sorry. I’m being distracted. Let me call you back soon.” Hanging up and tossing his phone onto the opposite side of the couch. He growls over to me as he spins me around so that I’m facing him, “You’re trying to get me murdered, aren’t you?”

“I would never.” I laugh out loud.

“You know, if you wanted to come and lay with me you didn’t have to attack, you could have just asked.”

“I never said I wanted to lie with you.”

“Oh, really?” He tilts his head again, a playful smirk spread on his lips.

“Yeah,” I can’t help but giggle. “Maybe, I just actually wanted to attack you.”

“Okay,” he mumbles, smirk still on his face, and pushes me off of the couch.

Gasping as I hit the ground, I look up at him as he laughs out, I’m sure, from the shocked expression on my face. I let the pout form on my face and watch as his face changes. “Shit, I’m sorry. Babydoll, I was just playing.” I can hear a slight panic in his voice. “Shit, I’m sorry. Sometimes I do that. I take it too far, fuck—”

“Whoa,” I laugh while holding out my hand. “I was just fucking with you.” Hopping back on the couch next to him. “Also, I’m not asking to lie with you.” I smile at him before I lay down, curling into his side. He wraps one arm around me, pulling me in closer.

“Okay.” He turns on the TV.

I scream out before I turn, gripping a hold of him tighter and I feel him laugh at me underneath my grip. “Shut up.” I smack him as I look over at him, making eye contact. Our eyes lock and unlike earlier, when he forced himself to look away, he continues to look at me.

“Axe,” I whisper out, and he shakes his head.

“Sh, stop talking.”

“But—” he cuts me off again.

Moving his hand up and cupping my cheek, he smirks. “You keep talking. You’re going to give me time to talk myself out of this.” Sightly gripping onto my face, he pulls me closer to him as his lips touch mine.

His touch starts gentle as his lips brush against mine, and I move with him. Following his lead. His tongue runs along my lower lip, and I open my mouth, letting him in. It brushes against mine as the kiss becomes more forceful. His hands trail from my face, down around my body, gripping onto my hips as he pulls me flush with his body and I can feel his dick pressing against his jeans. Hooking my leg around his hips, feeling his breath into my mouth as he moans, grinding his hips against mine.

Pulling back quickly, he looks up at me. “Ella…” he trails, and I know by the conflicted look on his face what he’s about to say.

“It’s okay.” I whisper out to him before he looks down at me again. “I want to. As long as you want to.”

“I don’t think the real question is if I want to.” He laughs, “I want to way more than I should.” I can’t help but look away before he cups my face again and forces me to turn to look at him. “This is such a bad idea.” He leans his forehead against mine. “I don’t want to hurt you.”

“You could never hurt me.”

“I’m really fucked up, El.”

“I am too.”

“It’s still…” I sigh as I nod my head and move to the side.

“Ella,” he whispers out. “Don’t—”

“Let’s just finish the movie.” I mumble out trying to keep my emotions under control.

When the knock on the door sounds, Axe stands up and walks towards it. I told him I would have gotten up to get it, since it’s a process for him, but he insisted.

Walking over to the island, he smirks as he lays out the food and just as I did earlier this morning; I hop up on the counter and sit there. I only do it this time because of the smile that I saw him have this morning.

When he looks over at me, I can see the fire rising in his eyes as he sets the plate down and walks over to me. Leaning over, placing his hands on either side of my legs, he looks up at me and sighs. “Say it again.”

“What?” I ask him, only a bit confused at what he’s asking.
