“Yeah.” He mumbles, obviously not impressed with her answer, but understanding that she wouldn’t keep anything from him unless there was a good reason.

“Care, I’ve dealt with Rabbi.” I watch Caroline as she nods her head, I’m assuming that she was already aware of who he is. “The charter in LA, is coming. They’re aware of us now.” Ash looks over at him now interested in the rest of the conversation.

“We should tell Khan and the club.”

“I was planning on it, today.” He nods his head again.

“How’d you end up deciding on leaving the message?” Ash laughs with almost a twinkle in his eye. It makes me laugh that these men, as good as they are to us and their families, are fucking ruthless when it comes to people fucking with the ones they love.

I realized just how far that they were willing to go on the night Caroline mentioned seeing me picking him up.

“It’s going to be fine.” Caroline rubs my arm.

“She’s going to be pissed at me.” I murmur to them and both Caroline and Ro smirk as Ash just looks at me confused.

“She may be.” Ro nods again. “But she’ll get over it.”

“Or she’ll hate me, forever.”

“She won’t hate you forever.” He says as I sigh. “No one can hate you, forever, Nightmare.”

Tonight, would be one of the few nights that it rains in Southern California.

Pulling up into the parking lot, I’m waiting before I see the black BMW pull in on the other side of the lot. The lights stay lit as the car continues to idle on the opposite side. Wipers continually clearing the water from the windshield.

A Jeep pulls up between us and I watch as Ash climbs out of the backseat and walks over to the black car. Then I see Oz’s head pop over the top of the jeep, and he winks at me. Even though he can’t see me, I tug at my bottom lip with my teeth. I can’t help but watch him as he walks around the Jeep and stops, talking to Axe and I see the Jeep shift as Khan moves into the front seat.

I know that my windows are tinted, but even with Axe not able to see me, I shimmy down in my seat, because all I need is for him to tell Oz how exactly I know Ella.

I know I shouldn’t have my entire relationship based on a lie, but it kind of snowballed out of control and now I’m not sure how to reel it back in.

Oz laughs at something that Axe says before he nods to him and then turns, walking towards me. The Jeep idles in the parking lot as does the BMW for a few minutes until Oz opens the door.

“Baby Girl.” A huge smile is pressed on his face.

“You seem to be in a good mood.” I laugh as he leans over and kisses me forcefully for a moment until he breaks it and leans his forehead against mine.

“I am.”

“So, why am I picking you up here?” I cock my head and he laughs again.

“I didn’t want to wait to see you.” His words stun me as I can’t control the smile as it breaks across my face. “Come here.” His voice drops to a demanding tone.

“What?”

“You heard me, come here.” He motions for me and I’m climbing over the center console. His mouth crashes down to mine and he pulls me down onto his lap. I can feel his cock pressing up against me, roughly.

“Everyone’s still here.” I mumble as he nibbles nips down my neck and he laughs.

“So.”

“So, why don’t we wait for them to leave so they don’t know.”

He pulls away quickly. “Sadie, they’re waiting for us.”

“What?” I nearly shriek. “Why?”
