A smile pulls on his face, and he nods his head before he picks me up, spinning us, and hovers over top of me. I can feel his hands as they unbutton my jeans and I kick them down my legs. Hooking my panties as he lowers his head until I can feel his breath moving down my body until he stops and reaches his tongue out lightly licking my clit. “Fuck.” I whisper out as he hooks his arms around my thighs, pulling me in closer to him so I can’t get away.
Laying on my stomach, I lay my head on Oz’s chest and look up at him. Neither one of us wanting to say too much in the moment.
“I could come back in a few weeks. Check on you.”
“Sadie.” He sighs causing me to look up at him.
“Oz, no…” I trail because I’m not even sure if I know what I’m protesting. But I know that regardless of what he says next that it will involve me leaving and not seeing him again.
“I don’t want you to see me like that. I want you to keep this image of me. Just like this.”
“I don’t want you to go through this alone.”
“I won’t be. I’ll have the club.”
“I can’t sway you to rethink that?”
“Oh, I’ll second guess myself, every day, but I know it’s the right thing to do. You’re way too young to have to go through this.”
“Age has nothing to do with going through something. But I’ll respect what you want.” I whisper to him. “Can we talk at least?”
“Okay.” He gives in, just a little.
I smirk as I lay my head back on his chest knowing that I need to leave soon. I want to blurt what I came over here to say and then maybe he would let me come around more, but I don’t want to trick him into letting me.
He falls asleep, but I can’t. I can’t stop thinking and looking around the room. Carefully I get up off of the bed, grabbing one of his shirts, and walk back out to the living room. I grab a bag from under the counter and walk out and start collecting all of the bottles that litter the room. Quickly, trying to get the house put back together before I hear the quiet footsteps behind me. The way that he’s able to remain stealth-like and he’s such a large man, I’ve always found impressive.
“What are you doing, Baby Girl?”
I stop as I turn around, and smile at him as he clears the room, and steps in front of me. “I just wanted to help.”
“Sadie…” He trails as his hand comes up and rests on my hip. “Come back to bed.” He whispers before he’s tugging me by my hand back into his bedroom. A deep sigh comes out as he sits back down.
“What’s going on?” I ask him and he exhales as he rests his head in his hands. “Baby.” I whisper as I move across the bed, touching his back and he looks back to me.
“I thought you’d left. I know, it’s selfish, but I just wasn’t ready for you to be gone.”
“I’ll stay here as long as you want me to.” I admit to him causing him to smile.
“That’s not possible.” He confesses to me through a chuckle.
“Why not?”
“Because I’m sure one of them is going to go drag her back here.” I know that he means Ella. I grimace causing him to laugh. “Yeah, I’m sure that will go over really well.”
“I mean, in my defense I did tell her I would fuck you.”
He laughs out, loudly. “No, you didn’t.”
“I did.” I nod my head, making him laugh again. “I told her there was something about bikers and specifically mentioned you.”
He smirks again, shaking his head. “Yeah, I’m sure that’ll make a difference.”
I can hear his bare feet as he walks right behind me. Stopping at the front door and turning around, looking at him. He lets out a heavy breath before I reach up, wrapping my arms around his neck, and I feel his hands find my lower back pulling me into him tightly. I can feel in his hug that he doesn’t want to let me go. That this is hurting him just as much as it’s hurting me. He opens the door around my body, and I can’t help but laugh as he picks me up, carrying me out of the house before setting me down on the ground so I can walk the remaining distance to the car.
Stopping when we reach the car, my nerves, hormones, or both making me nauseous, but I try my best to hold it down. His rough hands reach up to my face and he brushes the tears off of them, a motion that he’s done all too many times.
Reluctantly, he pulls away from me, and tilts my head up to look at him by my chin. “I love you, Baby Girl.”
