"It's Boss, Madam. Can I talk to you for a second?"

"Come in."

I stepped in. Madam was behind her desk, glasses perched on her nose, laptop open and papers in front of her.

She removed her glasses and sat them on her desk. "Hello, Boss. Good to see you again. To what do I owe this unexpected pleasure?"

"Good to see you as well, lovely." I stood in front of her desk. "I need a favor."

She leaned back in her chair. "Sure. How can I help you?"

"I need you cancel whoever Gianna is seeing tonight and add me instead."

Madam stared at me for a moment, her eyes blinking slowly in surprise. Her brows pinched together. "I'm afraid I can't dothat, Boss. Her client should be walking in here in less than twenty minutes and you want me to cancel?" She shook her head. "You know that's not how I do business. I have a reptation to uphold."

"I'm aware." I nodded. "And your reputation will still be intact. But I also know that money talks," I added smoothly. Reaching in my pocket, I pulled out my bankroll. Sliding the gold clip off, I counted off 5k in all hundreds and set them on her desk. Madam stared at the money. Slowly, I walked around her desk. She turned to face me, oiled legs crossed tightly. Looking her right into her eyes, I counted off another $2,500. Folding it in half, I reached over and gently tucked the bills in her top. "For your inconvenience," I murmured.

Madam's face was unreadable. Finally, she smiled slowly. She let out a slow breath shaking her head no doubt at my audacity. "Monroe's not gonna like this. She was quite pissy after the last incident."

I shrugged lightly. Honestly, I didn’t wanna hear shit else about how Monroe felt aboutmydick andmymoney. "Monroe knows her place. This ain't personal."

Madam laughed lightly. "Oh, I highly doubt that. This isdefinitelypersonal." She leaned forward and crooked her finger towards me to come closer. I did, bending down slightly and leaning in. She locked those sharp eyes on me, tone firm. "You just remember that while you're enjoying yourself, this is a place of business. I don’t want any drama, bullshit, or entanglements. Am I making myself clear, Boss?"

I nodded, with a smile. "Crystal clear, lovely."

"Good." She leaned back again. "Because you may be the boss out there," she pointed to the door. "But in these walls," her finger circled the air. "I'm the queen of this domain."

Chuckling, I nodded in agreement. "Say less. I would never dream of disrespecting you or your establishment."

"Wonderful." She licked her lips, looking me up and down. "Okay then, Boss."

I smirked. "So, we’re good?"

Madam laughed lightly. "We are. You can go wait at the bar. She'll be down. Enjoy your night."

"You too, queen," I gave her a wink and headed out.

Making my way to the bar, I was hoping I didn't run into Monroe's ass again. Instead, I ran into a sexy, blond chick wearing a backless, lace bodysuit and heels. She was making her way out of the bar while I was approaching. I knew exactly who she was though. And by the way her almond eyes narrowed, she must've recognized me too.

She boldly stepped in front of my path.

Amused, I looked her up and down. "Ronnie, right?"

"Mmhm." She placed her arm on the doorway; head tilted to the side as she appraised me. "Boss, huh?"

"The one and only," I confirmed.

"Nice to finally meet you. Your reputation precedes itself."

"In all good ways I hope."

Her eyes dropped down to my dick and stayed there. She licked her lips and smirked. "Maybe." She gave a slight shrug. "But I'm not 'bout to stroke your ego."

"Isn't that your job though?" I snorted with a smirk.

Her eyes came back to mine. "Are you paying me?" she countered.

"Nah." I shook my head.
