This man had brought me back to life, reignited my passion, and reminded me of what I was capable of.

Poured life into my passion.

Made sure I got to live my dreams even if he wasn’t there.

And most importantly, he made me feel alive again, and not just in him, but for myself.

I leaned in and kissed him, pouring all my emotions into that single moment.

“Thank you, Ronan,” I whispered against his lips. “For everything.”

He smiled, his eyes filled with warmth. “Anything for you, Nina. Anything.”

Back home, the city’s hum faded. Wrapped in the quiet of my bedroom, we lay beneath the covers. My head rested on Ronan’s chest, his heartbeat steady, his fingers tracing soft patterns on my back.

“I still can’t believe we did that,” I said, my voice a soft murmur. “The tour… It was like stepping into a dream.”

Ronan’s fingers continued their soothing caress. “I knew it would be special for you.”

“It was,” I replied, lifting my head to look at him. “It was everything I could have imagined and more. Seeing the craftsmanship up close, understanding the creative process… It was like seeing a part of myself in a new light. I never thought I’d experience something like that, especially with you.”

He smiled, his eyes warm and tender. “You deserve to be surrounded by the things that make you happy.”

I took a deep breath, still absorbing the depth of our conversation and the weight of his words. “You know, when you said you chose us, it meant so much to me. I’ve been so scared of opening up again, of diving back into something that could hurt me. But hearing you say that… it made me feel like we could face anything together.”

Ronan’s gaze grew serious as he cupped my face in his hands. “We can face anything, Nina. I promise you that. We’ve been through so much, and if we face it together, we can conquer whatever comes our way.”

I nodded, my heart swelling with emotion. “I believe that. I really do.”

He leaned in, lips brushing mine in a soft, lingering kiss. Heat shot through me at the intensity in his gaze.

The world outside vanished. Our connection pulled us together, a mix of longing and love that made my pulse spike. His hands traced me gently, every touch deliberate, filled with desire and tenderness.

I responded in kind, fingers threading through his hair, drawing him closer. We moved together effortlessly, wrapped in each other, lost in the moment.

“I’ve missed this,” I whispered against his lips, my voice trembling with the weight of our emotions. “I’ve missed you.”

Ronan’s reply was a deep, resonant murmur. “I’ve missed you, too, baby. And I’m so happy we’re here now.”

Chapter Fifty

RONAN

Present Day

ITALY

Saturday morning.

The notion gradually dawned on me as I woke and sensed the sun outside, the curtains swaying in the breeze.

I’ve been in Italy for two weeks, having the best time, food, and sex of my life with the love of my life.

I poured a mug of coffee and went back to Nina’s bedroom with an espresso for her.

She was standing at the sink in a tank top and panties when I opened the door, fussing with her hair.

“Good morning,bella signora.90”
