"No one's coming." Elliot sucked a mark into the junction of his neck and shoulder and felt Hale shudder. "The rec room's full. I checked."

"Always a plan with you."

"Always." He pulled back enough to look at him. Hale's mouth was swollen, hair tousled, eyelids hooded.

Elliot dropped to his knees.

Hale's breath caught. His hands slid into Elliot's hair, tugging at the short strands. "Shaw?—"

"Can you stop talking for one minute?"

"You never let me—" He stopped talking as soon as Elliot got his belt undone.

Hale’s erection strained his pants so hard Elliot had to chuckle.

“What?” Hale breathed.

“You get hard impressively fast,” he said, glancing up at Hale. It was completely hypocritical of him considering he had been semi-hard himself since the corridor.

Hale rolled his eyes. “Are you gonna do something about it or not?”

Elliot worked Hale’s pants open and took his cock in his hand, giving it long slow strokes. He watched Hale tiphis head back, fighting to keep quiet, exposing how his throat moved when he swallowed.

When he took him in his mouth, Hale's entire body went taut. His hips pressed forward, forcing Elliot to take him deeper.

"Yes—" Hale breathed. "Just—yeah, like that."

Elliot sucked him hard, mapping what made Hale's fingers tighten in his hair versus what made them go slack with pleasure, what made his breathing stutter and what made it stop entirely.

Hale bit his lower lip, but small sounds kept escaping anyway. Soft curses, half-swallowed gasps, one very hoarse moan that went straight through Elliot and settled low in his spine.

He reached behind Hale and grabbed his ass cheeks, pressing him deeper into his mouth.

Then Hale went completely rigid.

Elliot pulled off immediately, looking up.

Hale was staring at something over Elliot’s shoulder, face drained, eyes wide with panic he had never seen on him before.

Elliot turned his head.

Reed stood in the doorway, frozen mid-step, expression caught somewhere between shock and horror.

For a long moment, no one moved. No one breathed.

Then Reed stepped back and closed the door.

CHAPTER THIRTEEN

HUDSON

The clickof the latch was the loudest sound Hudson had ever heard.

Shaw lurched to his feet, but Hudson was already moving, shoving his shirt back into his pants with shaking hands. His mind raced through all the different catastrophes that could result from what had just happened. Reed had seen them. Shaw on his knees, Hudson against the wall, everything.

Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.

"Hale—" Shaw's voice was calm and controlled.
