Wrecked.

Whole.

They move quickly once we’re all finished, careful hands somehow gentler than before, as if I might crack like a Faberge egg.

Kieran eases his way out of me, and I tumble to my side, trying to make my legs work so I can take a two-minute shower to get all the glitter and come off my body.

“Shower,” he asks.

I nod.

Kieran picks me up, carrying me to his bathroom. I turn on the water as he grabs towels from under his sink… And I don’t even wait for warm water before I step under the spray for the quickest shower of my life. It’s little more than a ho-bath.

I just want all the sweat and grime off my skin so I can pass out and die happy.

Seventy-three seconds of soap and cool water later, and I’m drying myself off, ready for sleep. Maybe some cuddling. I onlyuse the towel because Kieran has it hanging and ready for me. Otherwise, I would crawl into the nearest bed, soaking wet.

I leave the bathroom naked, and Jace pulls the blankets back on Kieran’s bed like he can see the exhaustion on my face.

Silas hands me a bottle of water. “Drink at least half of it. I brought you some pain reliever, too.”

“Thank you.” They’re so thoughtful that it still catches me off guard and makes me wonder if I’ll ever get used to being important to someone other than Roo.

Kieran kneels in front of me, tilting his head. “Still with us?”

I nod slowly. “I don’t think I’ve ever been more with anyone.”

He smiles, and it’s so fucking contagious. I grin too, but that makes me yawn.

“You’re ours.” Silas presses a kiss to my shoulder. “That also means you should sleep.”

Jace settles beside me, brushing hair out of my face. “We’re packing up your apartment tomorrow and moving you in.”

I don’t even try to argue with him. My eyelids are so heavy, and they seem to be connected to my mouth. Mumbled nonsense is all they get from me.

It feels a little late to admit, or maybe I’m just too sleepy and it’s making me emotional…

But I’m happy I didn’t log off.
