Two hours later we pulled up at my gates, waiting for them to open.

I turned to her. “Just to warn you, it’s only just been finished, so might still be a bit of a mess.”

As we made our way down the driveway, the trees that Freddie had delivered were all planted. And what I now knew as giant bays were flanking my front door, and I had to admit, it looked good.

The car pulled to a stop and I jumped out, running around to open the door for Emerson. “Welcome to my house, Luck.” I tapped on the roof as she got out. “Thanks, Ralph, you’re good to take off. I’ll call you tomorrow if I need you.”

She looked up at me, her eyebrow raised in question.

“I’ll be driving you home later.” The car pulled away and I held my hand out to her. “Let me give you the tour.”

As much as I hated the impression her brother had left on her, the fact that he was also a pro-athlete played in my favor. I was one of the top earners in the league, and with my endorsements, I took home close to sixteen million dollars a year, but compared to Jupiter Reeves it was fuck-all, and I knew she didn’t see me as a paycheck.

Or really seem to care. That’s if she was even aware.

The house was so newly completed that apart from the core group of boys, plus Fred and Wolfie, no one had been here orseen it. I hadn’t even had a housewarming party. The thought that she would be the first outsider, made me feel… well…

Before I finished that sentence, I counted out the slaps Felix would have given me if he’d been privy to my internal narrative today. It was easily topping fifty.

Get a fucking grip.

I looked down at her, so tiny next to the giant double doors as I opened them up, holding them so she could walk through.

Art, still waiting to be hung, was propped up against the walls. The furniture for the hallway had yet to be delivered, so it was currently a huge empty space, bar the large set of stairs which ran down the middle.

I guided her along a corridor and through the big archway to the kitchen, the only room I’d been using properly since I’d still only partially moved in. Grey slate floors travelled through the kitchen and out into the yard, so that when the backdoors were fully open, it was one continuous space to the outside - or so Freddie had told me. I could see she’d also left some of her trees on the patio area out where the barbecue was.

If I wasn’t careful, she was gonna turn this place into a jungle.

Emerson walked through to the glass back.

“Luck.” She turned and I pointed to the button on the wall. “Press that switch.”

She did and the doors started rolling.

“Wow, that’s so cool.” She looked over to me. “It’s really beautiful here.”

My cheeks started to get hot at her compliment.

Who the fuck was I turning into? It was like I was fucking fifteen again.

“Thank you.”

“Did you do it yourself?”

“No,” I scoffed. “God no. Freddie did it all. All I had to do was choose between the options she gave me, but I think I did a pretty good job there, don’t you?”

She laughed out loud, walking back toward me, her hips swaying as she moved. We were still in our workout gear; she hadn’t bothered to change when we got to her place, and I was desperate to peel it off her.

I wrapped my hands around her waist when she reached me, gently pulling on the end of her ponytail, tipping her head back for a kiss. Her soft, delicious mouth and berry pink lips opened under mine, just enough for me to slip my tongue inside, sliding against hers one more time.

I would never get enough of kissing her. My dick twitched in agreement.

“Let me show you where you can change.” I took her hand and led her down to the pool house at the bottom of the yard. “Everything you need is here. I’m going to run inside and get my trunks.”

I took the stairs two at a time, sprinting into my closet, stripping off and grabbing the first pair of shorts I could find. My dick had been existing in a state of permanent half chub, and I debated on whether to quickly jerk off before it got too uncomfortable, but decided against it.

I ran back outside and down to the pool, stopping dead.
