Using our discarded clothes as blankets then, I slowly brought us to lay down. With her beneath me we never stopped
making eye contact. Possibly wondering if I would pull away and hurt her again. As much as I knew I should, I could not. I was
hers, to the very end.
Our naked bodies rolled together and I kept us locked together while the rain finally slowed down and the sun lowered in
the sky. Her olive skin glistened from sweat and rain as I thrusted deep inside her. Her moans rushed to her lips, causing me to
savour the moment. To slow it down, relish in it.
“I’ve missed being inside you,” I panted in her ear as I buried myself within her.
She arched into me, bringing her nails to run down my back. The yearning I felt for her was a fire within me that burned,
teasing its everlasting light as it tangled with hers. Looking at her under the glow of the sun, she seemed more radiant than ever
before. She was bewitching me with her forest eyes as she pulled me deep within her spell.
Her moans of pleasure came out in waves as she braced herself and she kissed me intensely. I pulled away from her kiss
and pressed up on one palm. Her legs fell open, allowing me to thrust deeper than before. Bringing my hand between us, I
circled her clit with my thumb. With tight circles, I coaxed her into another release.
Her wet heat gripped me, making me lose all control over my own body. My mind blasted into stars and shows, concealing
us in darkness. We were enveloped in a cloud of night sky. I drove deeper, grabbing her leg and bending it at the knee.
Her eyes lit up as she left mine to look above me, her hand reached out as if she were able to touch the stars and as she did,
I came inside her. My body shuddered at the sudden relief and as I looked back down at her, she cupped a hand to my cheek
and kissed me gently.
“You’re not allowed to leave me, I claim you, Nicholas of the Obsidian Fae. You are forever mine.”
She kissed me forcefully then, claiming me as hers.
O rnella laid against my chest with my arm wrapped tightly around her shoulders. We stared at the sunset until the moon rose
above the horizon and Ornella shook under my touch. The temperature dropped, but thankfully the rain had stopped. Both of
our horses had wandered off at some point, possibly already halfway back to the castle by now.
“We should head back if you are cold, Annwyl.”
“Not yet.”
She shook her head and looked up at me, her big hazel eyes stared at me for a few seconds before turning away. I leaned
down to gently press a kiss on her forehead. The sound of crashing waves and her breathing kept me rooted to the spot. It was
the most at peace I had felt in a long time.
“Everyone, I am sure, is wondering where we are.”
“Let them wonder, I want to stay here a while longer. I know once we go back, this moment will end, and we will be apart
