“Yes, baby?”
“I’m falling in love with you too.” She whispers.
And it’s official, I’m dead.
She’s falling in love with me too?
Holy fuck.
When she hadn’t said it back earlier, I was fine with that because I would’ve waited a lifetime to hear her utter those three simple words to me. And here she is, hours later, confessing what I dreamt for a lifetime.
For someone to love me.
My heart hammers against my chest as I reach out and push a strand of hair away from her face. Cupping her cheeks, I smash my lips to hers again.
I’m falling in love with you too—those words are on repeat as I kiss her with all my being.
I couldn’t say how many times I’d envisioned someone telling me they were falling in love with me, too many to count. But nothing ever lives up to expectations, because her declaring her love for me, it’s better than anything I envisioned in my mind.
I break away from the kiss, gathering as much oxygen into my lungs as possible, preparing myself for what’s about to come. For what I’m about to say.
My hands shake as I lower them and place them onto her hips, trying to anchor myself down.
“I’m ready.” I confess, in a barely audible whisper.
“Ready for what?”
Taking a breath, I encourage myself to carry on. “You told me when the time is right, I’ll know,” I say, tracing patterns across her hip. “And I knew the time was right the minute I laid my eyes on you. I knew you were going to be the one for me.”
“Grey—”
“I want this, Lilly. With you. Only with you.”
She gasps, her breath catching in her throat. “Are you sure? I want you to be one hundred percent sure.”
I chuckle, my finger drawing a heart on her hip. “I’ve never been so sure of anything in my life as I am of this.”
Chapter 51
Lilly
Greyson reaches over to the bedside table, his hands rummaging around until he brings out a box of unopened condoms.
I can see his hands shaking as he struggles to tear the plastic wrapper off, but he manages to do it before taking a purple squared foil out. As he’s about to tear that open, my hand reaches out, grabbing onto his shaken one.
“Can I?” I ask, gesturing toward the condom.
I’ve never put one on before, unless you count putting it on a banana in high school when the school had a sex education week.
He blinks, staring down at our hands before nodding. Taking it from him, my own nerves heighten as I bring it to my mouth and tear it open, spitting the lose piece of foil to the side—my eyes not once leaving his.
Breaking eye contact, I swallow and lean forward, slowly rolling it down his veiny cock. He groans as I do so, his cock jerking at the movement as my hand slides down him.
“You nervous?” I ask, looking at him once the condom is in place.
“Yeah, a little—okay, maybe a lot,” he chuckles, the nerves obvious in his voice. “But I want to do this, withyou.”
I’m a little nervous too, but I try not to show that to him. I’m worried that if I do, he’ll hesitate and won’t want to carry on. And I want nothing more than to carry on right now.
