He had plenty of white walls to cover with artwork purchased from Two Sisters.

Britain

That evening,Brit, Addison, and Hawk entered the Georgetown gallery.

“Whoa,” Brit said.

“I know,” Addison murmured. “This is crazy.”

“Pretty damn cool,” Hawk said.

Their artwork filled the walls of the boutique DC gallery while some paintings were displayed on easels. Several pieces rested on the floor, leaning against the walls. Ceiling spotlights highlighted certain works, while other paintings had their own individual lights.

At the front, resting on an easel, stood a large placard.

Brit glanced at Addison.

Their dad rarely laughed, never called anything exciting.

“My idea,” Hawk said.

“Oh, boy,” Brit murmured.

“It’s going to be a wonderful evening,” Z said.

A military-looking man with huge muscles and short hair entered the gallery. “Z, my team’s on their way in.”

“This is Maverick Hott of ThunderStrike,” Z said. “He, and his security team, will be ensuring things go smoothly.”

Maverick tossed them a nod. “How have you been, Hawk?”
