In the hallway, Ethan shivered and looked around like he didn't know what to do with himself. Koa rubbed his hands up and down Ethan's arms. "It's okay now," he said. "It's over. You can go home and rest."
Ethan's eyes were troubled when he met Koa's gaze. "He said he wasn't going to fire me, right?"
Koa smiled. "Yes, that's exactly what he said. You have witnesses, and I have a feeling that my Daddy is not going to let him get away with anything anymore."
Koa preened at the thought of his person sticking up for his friend. He liked having someone who would advocate. It spoke to his character, and it also proved what a great Daddy he was.
Ethan finally smiled at that. "Your Daddy, huh? Things improved after I left."
Koa rolled his eyes, pulling his hands away and crossing his arms. "You don't worry about what happened when you left. Just know that Jacob made you soup. Special. And we brought it. So what you want to say is, 'Thank you, Koa, and Mr. Koa's Daddy, for bringing us food.'"
Ethan blew a raspberry, then repeated the words in the same tone that Koa had used. The pair burst into giggles right as Manny came out of the office. His stern expression turned into a grin when he saw the boys happy and laughing together.
"What are you two up to?" he said.
The boys in question took a moment to answer over their giggles, but they did, and it was as if they had practiced in unison, saying in a sing-song tone,"Nothing."
There were giggles all over again. Then Manny was herding them back into the elevator to leave.
"We'll take you home, Ethan," Manny said. "You'll be okay alone, or should we stay?"
Ethan shook his head. "I'm wiped. Gonna eat and go straight to bed. No need to stay."
Koa bit his lip. He didn't like the idea of letting his friend be alone, not after such a tumultuous experience. At the same time, he really wanted to have his Daddy to himself. There were things they needed to discuss, things that were worth a lengthy conversation. But he also wanted to know what his Daddy's hands felt like rubbing against his bare skin. He wanted to feel what it was like to be underneath his Daddy, to feel their naked bodies align, to have his body filled so completely with his Daddy's cock that he couldn't see straight.
Yeah, he wanted a lot.
The question was, would he be able to have it, or would something else stand in their way?
CHAPTER 5
Once Ethan wason his way home, Koa didn't know what to do next. He'd made sure his friend had food and that he was okay. Now there was just him and Manny standing on the sidewalk.
It was quiet around them. Like maybe the earth had decided to press pause as they figured out what they wanted. Really, it wasn't about figuring things out. Koa knew. He knew that he wanted his Daddy to go home with him. He wanted the two of them to cuddle in bed together and share secrets in the privacy of his home. He'd even be fine with going to Manny's place. It was moving a bit fast, sure, but he knew that this was right. He felt it deep inside him, and his Daddy had more than shown that he was not out to hurt Koa.
As he worked up the courage to say something, his Daddy spoke.
"I don't want to be presumptuous, sweetheart, but I don't want the night to end."
Koa smiled brightly at his announcement. "Me neither, Daddy." He bounced on the balls of his feet as restless energy flowed through him.
His Daddy wrapped Koa up in a tight hug and kissed his forehead. It soothed a bit of his excitement, making him feel drowsy and cared for. It made him want to be Little and let go. He wouldn't do so until they were safe behind closed doors. It was better that way.
"Do you want to go to my place or yours?" he asked.
Koa thought about it for just a moment before he said, "Mine, Daddy."
The other man nodded, then linked their fingers together and turned them back towards the car. Once Daddy made sure that Koa was buckled in, he went to his own vehicle and they began the journey through town to reach Koa's place.
It was a small apartment. It didn't bother Koa, of course. It was just him living there, after all. Besides, he liked feeling small, liked being Little and curling up with all of his blankets and stuffies. It also worked out well when his friends came over, because they could just dogpile together like they would at the club.
There was stuff all around his place, and when he opened the door, he almost winced at how disheveled it was. His Daddy was going to see just how messy he could be outside of his work environment. The club came first in a lot of ways, both in his time and attention, his energy too, which meant his home was an afterthought.
"I'm sorry for the mess, Daddy," Koa mumbled as he started to move around picking the scattered items up. Blankets, empty plates, and a buried Mr. Teddy were in his arms when a hand at his lower back made him freeze.
"It's okay, sweetheart. I like seeing this part of you, knowing that you aren't trying to hide it from me. It is wonderful."
The tension in his shoulders fell away at the admission. "Really?" he said, just to be sure.
