“I can’t tell you,” he says, looking at me with a desperate look.
“Why the fuck not?” I snap.
“Because I’m the one who should have told you. I’m sorry,” Ana says.
Fuck, I didn’t even hear her come in.
“Then tell me,” I fight hard not to shout.
“I was going to tell you tonight,” Ana says, looking down.
“I can’t wait that long. You both have been acting strange for days. For you, even longer,” I say pointing to Ana.
She hands me a bag that I hadn’t noticed she was holding.
“What’s this?” I ask before taking the bag.
“Just open it,” she says with a sigh.
I open the bag and pull out some sort of cloth. When I unravel it, I can tell it’s a onesie for a baby but the front says, “Daddy’s new riding buddy.” I look up at Ana, and then Ice, in confusion.
“What?”
Ana rolls her eyes and hands me a paper. “This is the positive test I just got from the doctor thirty minutes ago saying that I am pregnant.”
My mouth drops open while I look down at the paper, then the onesie, over and over again.
“Are you serious?” I whisper in awe.
“Yes. This is real,” Ana says hesitantly.
“That’s the best fucking news I have ever heard!” I say grabbing her in a hug and kissing her hard.
I pull away and turn to Ice to pull him into us. “Don’t fucking think for a second you are leaving because our woman is knocked up.”
They both sigh with relief. “I wasn’t planning on it,” Ice says.
“Good. I wouldn’t have let you anyways,” I tell him and pull him in for a kiss.
For the rest of the night, there’s no way I can wipe the smile from my face.
“We have to tell everyone,” I say after we finish eating and are all sitting on the couch.
“We can,” Ana says with a smile.
“Right now. We need to tell them that you are knocked up, and that Ice is our man, no matter what anyone thinks,” I say jumping up and pulling them with me.
“Are you sure you want to tell them that?” Ice asks me slowly.
“I’m done pretending that you don’t mean shit to me,” I tell him firmly.
“Then let’s do it,” Ana says before standing up.
We all get ready to leave and decide on the SUV since I don’t want Ana on the bike. I don’t know if it’s safe for her and don’t want to do anything to cause harm to the baby.
Minutes later, we are all walking into the clubhouse with Ana in the middle holding both of our hands.
“It’s about fucking time!” Knuckles shouts.
