“What do you want me to do?”

“Kai,” Zayden warned, but it was no use. Kai knew what he was doing.

He could see it. A flash of mischief and humor in Sonnet’s beautiful blue eyes.

She licked her bottom lip and purred. “Inside me.”

“Say please.”

“Now.”

Kai smirked. Her tone was firm, commanding, and desperate, and he obeyed.

He kissed her deeply as he slid inside her. She was so warm, so wet, so welcoming. Jude was right. Sonnet was their home. Who needed four walls when she existed?

“You feel so good, baby,” Kai groaned into her ear before nipping at her neck, leaving small marks. He couldn’t wait to mark her officially, to bond himself with her completely.

I’m yours. I’m yours. I’m yours.

“Kai.” She gasped, and he completely melted.

She was close, and as much as he wanted to tease her more, to push her over the edge completely, he had the rest of his life to do that. This moment wasn’t about fun. It was about commitment, about sealing himself to her, his mate, his perfect little firecracker omega.

“I’ve got you,” he whispered. “Let go, baby. I’ve got you.

They held on to each other and didn’t let go. When Kai knotted himself inside her, he swore he would never leave. This pack, his omega, was all he wanted.

Chapter 62

It had been a few days since Sonnet’s heat cycle, and she was now nearing the end of it. She had spent every hour sleeping, being bathed, and best of all, being embraced by her alphas. She almost didn’t want it to end, but she was exhausted, sore, and ready for more. Sonnet was ready to make the bond.

“Drink this,” Zayden demanded, pushing a glass of water into her hands. It was her fifth glass, and it wasn’t even noon yet.

She hummed and brought the glass to her lips.

You did a good job being in control.

It was fun. Our alphas were amazing.

“Baby?” Jude nuzzled her neck. “How are you feeling?”

Sonnet locked eyes on Zayden.

I feel ready.

She leaned back into Jude’s chest and smiled. Her teeth were aching. She knew it was time. If not now, then never.

It was as if Zayden could read her mind. He knelt in front of her, taking the glass from her hands, and smiled softly. Hewas so close, his neck was ready for the taking. She knew exactly where she wanted to mark each of them.

“Sweetheart?”

Sonnet licked her bottom lip. She untangled herself from Jude’s arms and threw her arms around Zayden. “I love you.”

Zayden immediately wrapped his arms around her, pulling her into his lap. He held on so tightly she didn’t know if he’d let go.

“How are you feeling?” Felix asked from nearby.

She rolled her tongue over her teeth and gums. “I feel more awake than I have in the past few days. And…” She sighed and looked at each of her alphas. “I feel like I want to make all of this permanent.”
