Bo had basically said it was an option. And up to her, no less. He hadn’t been shy about making it clear that he wanted her here. He didn’t offer the ranch as a filming location until she signed on. She hadn’t been oblivious all those years ago … she’d known he wanted her then.

But it was all moving so fast. Wasn’t it? She looked through the bathroom, out the window. The river didn’t care what you thought about how fast it moved. It just flowed.

Maybe fast was actually just the right speed.

Could that even be possible? she wondered.

The clear voice from within replied, Obviously, it’s possible. It’s already happening.

But what if her charm wore off? What if he got sick of her?

You’ll see.

Windsor stared at the river and let out her breath. Just go with the flow. That’s all you have to do. Just go with the flow.

“I was about to send out the search party.” Bo smiled as she walked in the gym in pink leggings and a long, off-the-shoulder white T-shirt that exposed a matching pink bra strap.

Damn, I love seeing her in my space.

It was like she belonged here. And deep in his heart, that was exactly what he was hoping for as an outcome.

Filming would be long and intense, as it always was, but when the dust settled at the end and everyone else went home, he prayed Windsor would be staying here, with him.

“This … is your gym? I mean, obviously, it is … but jeez. Did you just call a company and say, I’ll take one of everything?”

He glanced at the rows of weights and equipment that took up about three-thousand-square feet of his basement. It was a bit like walking into Gold’s, except it was private.

“Close. I picked my favorites. I did have to stop myself before I filled the whole basement.”

“Wow.”

He watched her scan the rows of dark green metal with padded black seats, embroidered with Granite Point Ranch in silver thread.

“This is first class. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a gym this nice. And everyone in LA thinks they’ve got the best of everything … and you’re hiding this in your basement in Montana,” she finished with a laugh.

“I bet I’m not the only one. Plenty of ranchers lift weights. And movie actors playing ranchers.”

She turned back toward him. “You think?”

“Definitely. You like it?”

“Like it? To be able to work out and not have to worry about anyone filming you or catching you in some awkward position with a weird expression on your face? It’s like a dream.”

“All yours. Although I did tell Butch and Sylvia they could use it while they’re here too. And Jack and Johanna,” he added, thinking of the other cast members and crew who he knew worked out.

“That’s fine. But no … people. It’s amazing. This whole place is incredible.”

“How am I doing at seducing you with my gym?”

Her smile sent life breathing through his body in a way that felt vital.

“A-plus. Along with the views, the pool barn, the master bath, the dressing room … the giant bed, the kitchen …” She trailed off as he came toward her.

“The giant bed makes the list?”

She bit her lip and nodded. “Definitely.”

He couldn’t help but ask, “And me?”
