Okay, so she’d evidently caught Case’s attention with that one, because he put his forearms on the table and faced off with her. “Jamie, I’m not on anyone’s side here, but I have to agree with Zeke on this one. You do not want to go to that club.”

“Have you been?” she questioned.

“No. But I’ve talked to a couple of people who have. Submissives at Dichotomy. That place is bad news,” he explained. “If you’re interested in kink or whatever, I can assure you that’s not a place to learn about it.”

She huffed, and I suspected Zeke had already given her this spiel.

“Is that why you came over here?” Zeke asked. “To bitch at me for protecting you?”

Jamie sighed. “Yes. I did. And to tell you what an asshole I think you are. Why won’t you just let me go to Dichotomy? That way you’ll know where I am.”

It was a good question. I could understand his reasons for wanting to keep her out, but if she was going to defy him anyway, letting her visit a place he was comfortable with seemed to be the only way to fix this.

Still leaning back in his chair, Zeke took another sip of his coffee. “I talked to a friend of mine last night,” he began.

Hmm. Maybe he’d already considered it.

When Jamie’s eyes widened and a smile pulled at the corners of her mouth, he held up a hand. “Now, don’t get too excited. You’re not joining a club.”

“Whatever,” she said, her smile not dimming in the least. “Who did you talk to?”

“Gregory Edge. He’s agreed to give you an introduction to submission at Dichotomy.”

“Seriously?” She was practically vibrating.

“Just you. Not your friends,” he said firmly.

“When?”

Zeke shrugged. “I don’t know. I told him I’d give you his number. He’s the resident Dom at Dichotomy. He manages the place, and he handles the submissive training classes.”

“I know who Greg is,” she said, her smile starting to dim slightly.

“Then I’m sure you know he’s a busy man.”

Jamie huffed. “So, you’re telling me he’s willing, but it might not be for a couple of years?”

Zeke laughed, a sexy rumbling sound that had the hair on the back of my neck standing on end. “I couldn’t be so lucky. But I’ll give you his number and you can contact him. You’re only permitted to go on a night I’m not there. No way can I—” Zeke outwardly cringed.

He didn’t have to finish that statement. I understood the big man’s predicament. No way would he want to be at Dichotomy to watch his sister submit to someone. Who knew what they’d be doing.

“What’s his number?” she snapped. “I wanna call him right now.”

Zeke shook his head. “You’re far too impatient for your own good.”

She was certainly that. Perhaps getting an introduction into submission wasn’t a bad thing.

“Zeke,” she said, dragging his name out into multiple syllables.

“Fine,” he huffed. “It’s under Gregory Edge in my phone.”

Jamie jumped to her feet, but Zeke grabbed her arm before she could shoot by him.

“I want you to take this seriously, Jamie. I’m willing to let you see what Dichotomy’s like, but you have to swear to me you won’t go to one of those other clubs.”

Her eyes softened. “I won’t. I promise.”

Seemingly pleased by her acquiescence, Zeke released her. I watched as she bounded up the stairs, her ponytail bobbing behind her.
