“What are we supposed to do with that?” I spit.

“Help us out a little, man,” says Denis at his side with exasperation.

“She was blonde. And damn if she had nice tits.”

“Blonde?” Sergei snaps his head to me, clenching his teeth. “That bitch is dead.” He gets up from the sofa, loading his gun.

“No. You two are going to settle this once and for all,” I say in a tired voice.

“That’s exactly what I’m going to do.”

“I said no. You don’t have my fucking permission to do shit.” I get up from the sofa, looking at the bearded man one last time before speaking. “We’re leaving.”

“It’s been a pleasure. Except for you, you can go fuck yourself,” he says, looking directly at Vlad, who doesn’t hesitate to take a step toward him with a furious look, aiming for a fight.

“We’re leaving,” I repeat, raising an eyebrow at the other side of the cabin. Vlad gives him one last look before spitting on the floor of the entrance with contempt and leaving.

“If you think she will get away with it just because she’s your girlfriend’s best friend, you’re very wrong,” Sergei mutters under his breath as soon as I sit behind him in the car, playing with the gun in his hands.

“Wife,” I clarify, exhaling smoke between my lips. He nods, putting away his gun with a pale face.

“And have you thought about what you’re going to name the child?” Denis scoffs, focusing on my eyes for a brief second before turning his attention back to the road.

I shake my head before tilting my head back and closing my eyes, not wanting to listen to anyone else. Thinking about Bianca and the fucking pregnancy will only put me in a worse mood.

“You have to tell Lena,” he says again, this time in a more serious tone.

“No,” I reply through clenched teeth. If she finds out before I can get rid of them, hell would break loose on Earth.

“It hasn’t even been a week.”

“But I miss him,” I say, pursing my lips. I hate not being able to see him every day. It’s at times like this that I think about his offer to move in together. Maybe he didn’t mean it and it was just something he said in the heat of the moment.

“He must have a golden one,” she says.

“Almost,” I whisper with a smile.

“Tell me! You haven’t told me anything yet.”

“What do you want me to say?”

“Everything.” I grimace and then pop a piece of fruit into my mouth. “Don’t be a bad friend. I told you everything about my first time.” I shudder in disgust at the memory of the unnecessary details.

“Shit. Why are you reminding me? I had already forgotten about that.” She raises her brows expectantly. “Okay. He has gold piercings down there,” I whisper in her ear, omitting the two diamonds on the tip.

“On his dick!?” she exclaims, her eyes wide. “On the tip or where?” A man walking by with his dog glares at us, muttering something I can’t hear from where I’m sitting.

“You didn’t have to shout it to everyone.”

“Won’t it get infected? How does it feel when it’s inside?” Embarrassed, I look away toward the lake full of ducks and swans.

“The strawberries are very good, it seems they’re in season,” I murmur. I don’t know why I get the impression that talking about these things in such a public place is not a good idea. But she doesn’t seem to get the hints.

“Is he good in bed?” Her voice sounds carefree, yet at the same time genuinely curious.

“Mm, yeah, I think so.” She looks at me with her head tilted.

“You think so?”
