Subject: A visit from RD8

Dear all,

Mae and her team from RD8 are scheduled to visit our studio at Royal Hastings next Thursday, 25 April. They will inspect our progress and highlight anything that gives them cause for concern. This will be a useful exercise in receiving, processing and responding to real-world client feedback. As those of you who have worked professionally know, this can be an important and sometimes frustrating part of the job. However, this space is a relatively safe one to explore and overcome the feelings that criticism can invoke.

Attendance in the studio on the day of RD8’s visit is mandatory. Please, everyone, try to keep the studio tidy for that event.
