That’s awful. I’m sorry to hear that, Jem. Royal Hastings has protocols in place for this. Would you like me to lodge the complaint for you? In the first instance you will be asked to describe the bullying to an impartial member of admin staff – that is, someone who isn’t involved with our course.

No need for that. Let’s keep it between us. You can help improve the situation quite easily if you agree with me more often in the studio. That would really help me get my voice heard.
