The list comes surprisingly easily.

“I want to take you climbing somewhere that doesn’t involve us carrying anyone back down. Show you the little waterfall above Fellside. Spend a Sunday doing absolutely nothing.”

Ella turns slightly in my arms. “You? Doing nothing?”

“I may need coaching.”

“I offer competitive rates,” she giggles and rubs her bum against my cock.

“I’ll bear that in mind.”

“And?”

I think for another second.

“Have an argument with you.”

“That’s romantic,” she snorts.

“So we can make up afterwards.”

“Ah.”

“Like bunnies.”

Her entire body shakes with laughter.

I grin into her neck.

“You asked.”

“What about bungee jumping?”

I lift my head. “Bungee jumping?”

“I’ve always wanted to do it,” she sighs.

“You’re scared of heights,” I chuckle.

“How do you know that?” She studies me suspiciously.

“You went pale when Sheila asked you to get something from the top shelf in the stockroom.”

“That ladder wobbles,” she protests with a grin.

“It doesn’t.”

“It absolutely does,” she says.

“So you won’t climb a six-foot ladder, but you’ll throw yourself off a bridge?” I laugh.

“Yeah.” And all the teasing is gone from her voice. All that is left is real longing.

I kiss her temple. “Fine. I’ll take you bungee jumping.”

“You’d jump too?”

“If that’s what you want.” I don’t need to tell her that I’ve taken more than one fall onto the rope while climbing. A bungee jump doesn’t really faze me.
