Oh no.
Chapter 26: Bad Nerves
Cassie’s POV
“Nigga...” I breathed out. “I don’t give a fuck if you came in here and I had three dicks in my mouth. Put your fucking clothes on first! You standing here knowing all these maggot ass bitches are staring at my nigga!”
I dropped the stacks of money. He stepped closer to me, face twisting up in anger. I stood my ground. Bitch, I don’t give a fuck what he talm bout. I play about a lot of things but my nigga and another hoe will NEVA be one!
“Did you forget that you was just and have been walking around this fucking club showing off a body that belongs to me? Or did I fuck you too hard and scramble up your brains? You have my shirt on. Like I said, go put some clothes on.”
Both of my fingers grabbed the hem of the shirt. Darkness casted over his face as he realized what I was trying to do. His big hand quickly grabbed my wrist.
“Naw! Let me take it off so you can put it on, nigga!”
Kenzie stepped forward, “Cassieeee! Didn’t this nigga get locked up for aggravated assault?”
“So?!”
“Well, let’s not aggravate his ass again! Go put some clothes on!”
I let out a stubborn ass breath as I stomped off into the dressing room. Seeing my vanity bare for the first time in five years was shocking. How quickly I got dressed was even more shocking. His eyes fixated on me as I came out in a sports bra and gray jogging suit. As soon as I reached him, I slammed the shirt against his chest.
“Your turn.”
He shook his head while a small smirk formed on his face. As quick as I did, he pulled the shirt on, staring at me when finished. Now that we were dressed, I quickly remembered the roles. Who’s in trouble and who’s the one serving the punishment. I looked away, eyes landing on Liv.
“Bye, Liv...”
Devyn looked more pissed than anyone. Tati and MacKenzie were still in shock. The only sound besides Man-Man muttering was me walking to Liv. I breathed out, embracing her tightly.
“Bye Cassie!” she sung loud and fake happy. “I’ma fucking pull yo wig off the next time I see you!” she whispered just as Kenzo snatched me away.
He grabbed the duffle bags that I’m assuming are mine, putting them up onto his shoulder. With his hand around my elbow, we both moved towards the employee exit. Man-Man was looking at me like I was crazy. If I wasn’t facing treason, I’d cuss his big ass out!
“Bring y’all asses out here so I can tell you bout yourselves!” Kenzo yelled behind him.
I heard the movement of Tatianna, MacKenzie, and Devyn following us. Once we all crossed the threshold, the club filled with the sound of movement. K3’s niggas came out, slapping his hand. The workers on the inside buzzed around mindlessly. Glancing up at my man, he took his eyes off of mine and looked towards my girls.
“I don’t wanna hear shit from either of you, to be honest. Tatianna, this is on brand for you and exactly why I’ma put my foot up yo ass when I finish with shorty right hea. But MacKenzieeee! I truly believed you wasn’t a liar.”
“I’M NO—"
“I SAID I DON’T WANNA HEAR IT! You lying right now, folks! Both of y’all take y’all ass home. My niggas will follow y’all to make sure your goofy selves make it there in one piece. And when I call for y’all, answer that mothafucka.”
Tati rolled her eyes, mumbling under her breath.
“HUH?!” K3 yelled.
“I SAID I WISH YOU WAS STILL LOCKED UP, HOE!”
Tati and Kenzie ran away as K3 flinched like he was going to run after them. I swallowed every single giggle that dared to come up as we stood there. Devyn was just present. Awkwardly. Man-Man was burning a hole in the side of her face. K3 nudged me softly,
“C’mon. We coming back with you,” he told me flatly.
I turned, taking my keys out of the bag as we approached the line of cars. The air was slightly chilly and filled with laughter after some people were scared shitless. I felt Kenzo stiffen up. The closer we got to the BMW, I realized why. My feet slowed. I looked at the keys and then up at him.
“Why ain’t no AMG out here? Who’s keys are those?” he asked immediately.
