A card popped out and it was the ace of cups.

“Oh, this is interesting, the ace of cups!” I showed everyone the card. “I don’t know if the love of your life is coming, but I see a budding romance happening soon!”

AphrodisiacLuna: Will I get a promotion?

“Oh, Aphrodisiacluna wants to know about a promotion!”

I shuffled the deck as two cards popped out. The tower and the fool.

“I don’t see a promotion,” I said, holding out the cards. “The tower says something might be falling apart, but the fool says don’t worry that the leap of faith you are going to take will turn out just right. The tower is also reassuring that something better will come.”

The chat went wild as one message in particular caught my eye.

Ghostface: Will the woman I love forgive me?

The hair on the back of my neck stood up as I shuffled.

“Ghostface wants to know if the woman he loves will forgive him.”

The chat went wild asking him what he did as a card popped out. The ten of cups, I turned it towards the camera.

“I think she will,” I said whispering, feeling an overwhelming sensation. “The ten of cups means harmony, family and emotional fulfillment. It looks like things might be alright with you as long as you continue to work on the relationship.”

Ghostface: What will be a meaningful apology? I love her, I need her back because this life is not complete without her.

I knew I should move on to the next question, but the chat was going wild with options, telling him to say sorry, bring flowers or her favorite food.

“I think saying sorry is the way to go and maybe remind her why you fell in love, maybe get on your knees too.”

Lalaland: Yes, beg and spoil her.

BabeWitch98: Give her orgasms!

Lunalovegood: I agree with begging, bring her food and then orgasms galore.

Witchywitch: Don’t forget that saying sorry is just the beginning, what your actions say afterwards is the most important part.

“Definitely, Witchywitch,” I agreed. “Alright, any more questions?”

The lights to my apartment cut off.

“Shit,” I said, as the candle was the only light in the room.

I looked around the living room.

“Hold up, y’all,” I said, getting up, seeing the lights across the street were still on. “Ok, I have no idea what is going on, but we might have to cut the live short.”

The chat was flooded with concern as I pulled more candles towards me, but my screen was barely lit.

“I’m sorry y'all, we will have to see if I can figure out what happened and maybe we can pick it back up or maybe we should just reschedule?” I looked around thinking I needed to go check on my neighbor before looking back at the chat. “Well, looks like everyone is ok with a reschedule. Maybe we can do something for Day of the Dead?”

I read everyone agreeing.

“Alright, witches. I'll catch you later, keep any eye out for the reschedule date and time!”

I waved, even though you couldn’t see me, as I ended the chat. The light from my phone gave my apartment an eerie feeling. I grabbed a few more candles to place them in my kitchen and put one in the bathroom just in case.

Fuck, did I forget to pay the power again?
