But she’s still patting. Each time pressing into my dick. She slips out of my hand as I reach for her wrist to stop her. With each pat, my zipper presses against my dick, creating unneeded friction. Combine that with the fact that her face is approximately ten inches away from my jeans, I’m fighting for my goddamn life.
“Uh, Coach,” I say, trying to keep my voice steady. “You’re patting my package.”
She freezes in place, eyes wide as saucers. For a moment, her towel-covered hand stays in place, and my eyes squeeze shut, hoping if I hold my breath, it will stop the growing problem in my pants. The last thing I need is for my dick to go hard under Kinsey’s hand.
“Oh shit,” she whispers before her hand retracts.
Darren is now fully doubled over, and Lee’s eyes are filling with tears as he tries to hold back his laughter.
“I am so sorry,” Kinsey says again, her face flushing a deep shade of red. “I didn’t mean to—I wasn’t—” Her shoulders droop. “Shit, I’m going to get fired once for feeling up a customer and again for feeling up my assistant. Fuck my life.”
“It’s fine,” I say quickly. “Really. I promise you, no one’s getting fired.”
“He’s fine alright,” Darren mutters under his breath, earning himself a kick from Lee.
Kinsey straightens, her eyes darting around the bar, avoiding me. “I’ll leave those towels for you to um…take care of that yourself. If you guys are staying, I’ll grab you another beer.”
I take a towel from the stack she threw on the table before the dick disaster occurred.
“Yeah, we’re staying,” I assure her.
I watch her go, a slow grin pulling at my mouth.
“Well,” Lee says, wiping his eyes. “That was the funniest thing I’ve seen in years.”
“Shut up,” I reply, but there’s no bite behind it.
Darren leans forward, lowering his voice. “Are you good, man?”
I glance down at my still-damp jeans, then back toward the bar where Kinsey is still not looking in my direction.
“Yeah.” I laugh. “Actually, that was the most action I’ve seen since I broke up with Leslie.”
Lee’s laughter fades. “You haven’t been out with anyone since you broke up with her? That was over a year ago.”
I shake my head. “Things are too busy to balance a relationship along with everything else right now.” I stand up to head toward the bathroom. “I’m going to clean up a little.”
I take a few steps toward the back, then stop at the bar instead, resting my hands against the edge. Kinsey looks up.
“Hey,” I say.
Her brow creases. “Hey. Do you need more towels?”
“No, just wanted to let you know that next time you want to try to feel me up, I demand you buy me dinner first.”
She blinks twice, dumbfounded. And then she laughs. I join her, and we let the laughter dissolve the awkwardness between us.
“I’ll keep that in mind, Weston.” She points at my pants. “Again, I’m so sorry.”
I shake my head. “Don’t worry about it. Seriously.”
She rolls her lips. “I’ll be over with your new beer in a second.”
“Sounds good.”
I press off the bar and walk to the restroom smiling harder than I probably should.
