I flipped over. “C’mon. Ride your dick.”

She looked at me, stunned, then a look of determination crossed her face.

“Is it mine?” she asked, wrapping her hand around my man. Then she sank down, slow and sure; she already knew the answer.

“Hell yeah. Now ride that shit, Honeydew,” I growled. Knowing exactly what the fuck I was saying.

Hands on my chest, she planted her feet on either side of me and started to bounce. I slid my hands under her thighs to support her.

“Don’t stop,” she said. “Please.” Her begging turned me on.

I started matching her thrust for thrust. We both reached our climax. Her cries mixed with my grunts. Her walls pulled the nut out of me as they soaked my dick.

She fell onto my chest. Both of us trying to catch our breaths.

She curled into me, her hand resting over my heart. I stared at the ceiling, listening to the sound of her breathing evening out.

I wanted to say something, but the words got stuck. So I asked the only thing that mattered.

“You okay?”

She nodded slowly. “I needed that.”

“Yeah,” I said. “Me too. I was about to get it from someone else.”

Now, why the hell had I said that?

Sometimes my mouth had a mind of its own.

“She couldn’t have my dick tonight,” Chris replied, surprising me.

She was matching my energy like that? Damn.

The silence stretched, but it was comfortable.

Real.

My fingers moved slowly along her back, but my mind was racing. I’d never done this; whatever this was. I wanted to tell her things I wasn’t ready to say out loud. I’d never felt this kind of pull before.

“I’ve never…” I started, but stopped short.

She shifted, eyes meeting mine. “Never what?”

I glanced at her, then away. “This ain’t how I do things. But I keep ending up here with you.”

Chris blinked, a small crease forming between her brows. “You don’t have to say anything, Levell.” She started to sit up, pulling the covers with her.

I tugged them down gently, not wanting her to hide. “I’m not tryna sweet-talk you. I just don’t fake shit. And I don’t really know what this is. I don’t know what you’re doing to me.”

She nodded slowly.

“I know you’ve been through it,” I added. “Still going through it. I get that. I ain’t saying I got answers, and I'm not about to rush you. But I’m here.”

She hesitated, then rested her head back against my chest. “I don’t have the answers either,” she whispered. “I just know I don’t want to be alone right now.”

“You’re not,” I said. “Not tonight, Honey.” I kissed the top of her head.

For now, this was enough.
