“It’d be straight up rude,” said Grayson.

For a moment, I thought he meant it would be rude going drinking without Wyatt, but he flashed a smile and I understood he was referring to the beers.

“Let’s go down to Eagle Creek,” said Samuel. His voice was low, and his breath hit the back of my ear and neck, sending goosebumps down my body.

“Sounds good to me,” said Grayson.

“I’m game,” I said.

‘Just what, exactly, am I game for?’ I wondered. Already I was shifting on Samuel’s lap hoping to bring his hand closer to my crotch. So far, he wasn’t taking the bait.

“So how do you know Wyatt?” Grayson asked.

“Actually, I don’t,” I said far more cheerfully than I’d intended. “I mean, we just met. We met at the ranch. I was snooping.”

“That’s right,” said Samuel. “We’re fraternizing with the enemy.”

“I believe the expression is ‘sleeping with the enemy’,” I corrected, “but fraternizing is a good start.”

Grayson and Samuel laughed. I leaned against Samuel and felt his chest vibrate with the laughter.

“It tickles,” I said.

“What tickles? I’m tickling you?” said Samuel, lifting his hand off my waist.

“No.” I placed his hand back on my waist. “Your laugh. I can feel your chest bounce when you laugh, and it tickles.”

I leaned my body tight against him and said to Grayson, “Say something funny.”

“On command?”

“On command,” I said.

He did an impression of Wolf. And even though I didn’t get the joke he told—must have been an inside joke, the impression had me laughing, and Samuel too.

We pulled off the road. Grayson cut through a field. His truck was not exactly meant to go off-roading, so the ride was extra bumpy. I made sure to try and land on Samuel’s crotch as often as I could. I felt his member hardening and I kept aiming for it with each bounce.

The ride was over too soon. We’d arrived at Eagle Creek.

“You ever been out here before?” asked Grayson.

“I’ve been to Eagle Creek, sure. But not this part of it. I’ve never seen it this wide or deep. More like Eagle River in this part.”

Without a word, Grayson took off his shoes. Samuel did the same, so I did as they did.

Grayson, carrying a case of beer tucked under his arm, waded through the creek to a flat rock in the center. He set the case on the rock then sat down beside it. He motioned to me with open arms.

“There’s room here for two.”

I stepped into the creek. The water was cold. It sent shivers running up my body. I squealed.

My balance was unsure, so I hesitated to take another step. I looked behind me hoping I could take Samuel’s hand, but Samuel was still on the bank. He’d removed his shirt, and the moonlight glistened off his sculpted pecs and abs.

Grayson whistled at him. “Take it all off!”

Samuel smirked and shook his head. He glanced at me as if asking my permission. The gleam in my eyes and the grin on my face gave him the go-ahead.

He slipped off his jeans and cast them to the side. The black boxers blended in nicely with the night, leaving me to imagine what lay underneath. The bulge he was rocking helped me imagine—not that I was having any particular difficulty with that.

He stepped into the creek, and I extended my hand for him to take.

Grayson clapped and cheered.

I turned to him. “And what about you?”

“What about me?” he said cheekily.

“Your clothes are going to get all wet.”

“So are yours,” he said, and he leaned over, cupped water in his hand, and splashed me with it.

I threw an arm over my face and turned, like that was going to protect me. I nearly fell into the water, but Samuel held on strong. So, naturally—or, ‘accidentally’—I fell onto Samuel.

Mmm. Your body is warm. Your shoulders are rock hard and so is your chest.

He leaned into me and whispered in my ear, “If I didn’t know any better, I’d think you were trying to arouse me.”

I slid my fingers down his chest, tracing the curves of his muscles as I made my way down to his crotch. I touched the bulge in his boxers. “Looks like I’m succeeding,” I said.

The expression on Samuel’s face changed. He looked past me with wide surprised eyes.

I turned to where he was looking and saw Grayson standing on the rock slipping off his jeans.

This time it was I who clapped and cheered.

He tossed his jeans onto dry land. His shirt followed. And he took things a step further than Samuel had, he slipped out of his boxers and tossed those onto the bank as well.

I could have taken a seat on the rock and watched them bathe. But, as appealing as that appeared to me, I’d always been one who favored participation sports.

“Ah, the water is freeeeeezing!” I reached out to them, one hand for Samuel the other for Grayson. “Come here, boys.”
