Looking to Anthony, Nox said, “I’d be okay with that.”
He pondered the idea before answering. “Alright. When Sophia was a little girl, she’d always wanted to go to Africa. She was fascinated with their culture.”
“I remember that!” Soph spoke excitedly.
“A safari?” Nox asked her.
“Yes!”
“Safari it is,” he said to Anthony.
The smile lighting her face, the happiness shining in her eyes, was all his heart could ever ask for.
