She spins out of my arms, facing me with a big smile on her face. I lurch forward and take her down to the ground, pinning her beneath me. I grasp her wrists, holding both over her head, and use the weight of my body to hold her there. I kick her legs open and then I’m back inside her.

I nip at her neck, hearing her raspy moans in my ear. She’s so fucking wet, her arousal spreading across my sac with each violent thrust. Her hips are angled up and she’s meeting me thrust for thrust. I inhale her sweet scent that holds a hint of spice, and I rock my hips, going as deep inside her as I can manage.

Still, I need more.

I rise up on my arms, keeping her wrists pinned. That’s when I meet her wild stare. It makes me move faster, harder. She’s going to come. She’s so close. Her slick heat quivers against me, nearly making me cross-eyed. My muscles burn as I pump brutally inside her. She’s so tight, so ready to blow around me. And I’m right there with her.

It’s her. All of her. This woman I never saw coming.

I feel the desperation in how I fight my climax. But when I release her wrists and her nails scratch against my back, I drop my head into her neck, allowing the pleasure to flood me. I slam my hips against her pelvis, her hot pussy convulsing around me. Heat tickles down my spine and floods my sac until there’s nothing but the way we fit together.

Many, many breathless minutes later, I can move again. I flip our positions, and she’s boneless against my chest. I wrap my arms around her, holding her, not blind to the fact of how much I like her close.

“So,” she eventually says, breathless. “We go home soon.”

I

reach for her chin, bringing her gaze to mine. “Let’s think about that later.”

“But what if I am thinking about it?” she asks playfully.

I flip our positions again, hovering over her. “Then I guess I’ll have to stop you from thinking, won’t I?” I slide down, kissing my way down her torso until I reach the top of her pubic hair. “Still thinking?” I ask, glancing up at her.

“A little.” She grins.

I press a soft kiss to her clit. “And now?”

Dark sensual eyes greet mine. “Just a bit,” she says, voice raspy.

I lick her sex with the flat of my tongue. “How about now, Mallory?”

She moans.

I like that moan. Maybe more than I should. And I intend to make it louder.

Chapter 7

Mallory

The flight home had been uneventful. Even the drive back from the airport didn’t amount to much. There’s a heavy silence between Jackson and me. We’ve both been avoiding this moment, I know that. Jackson didn’t want to face us saying goodbye last night. Nor this morning either. I’m not sure what to make of anything. He had his plan this weekend. I had mine. But I can’t deny that Jackson is this guy that I totally hadn’t expected him to be. He’s hot, and a killer between the sheets, but then there’s this deep sweet layer that’s got me all tangled up.

Though as we stride through the hallway of my condo building, Jackson rolling my suitcase for me, I can’t help but wonder if I’m only imagining that things seemed to change over the course of the weekend. I know I’m no expert in the one-night-stand department but this feels like the start of something, not the end. All the same, if he felt different, he’d say something right?

My heart is up in my throat when we reach the door to Aria and my condo. I use my keys in my hand to unlock the door, noting the slight shake of my fingers. I don’t open the door just yet. I turn back to Jackson, unsure what to say. Hell, I don’t even know what to do. I don’t know the etiquette of casual sex.

His eyes search mine for a moment then he chuckles. “You look like you’re ready to jump out of your skin.”

“I don’t know how to do this,” I admit.

His one eyebrow arches in that sexy curve. “Do what exactly?”

“Say goodbye to a one-night stand.” I draw in a deep breath before continuing on. “Not that I think of you as a one-night stand, because I totally don’t. I guess, logistically it’s more of three-night stand, right? But what I mean is I don’t think you’re like this toss-away guy.”

“That’s good.” He smiles.

I keep telling myself to stop talking, and yet my mouth keeps opening. “You know what I’m saying though, right? That I think of you as more than that. That I like you.”

His arched brow wings up higher.
