“Fine, but I’m gonna be on top,” she growled into my ear.

I chuckled softly and pushed her hair out of my way as I continued up her neck. “No arguments here,” I said, my breath hot against her skin.

She tugged my shorts off of me and dropped a few kisses up my thighs, coming teasingly close to my cock, before she bypassed it and kissed up my abs.

“Tease,” I growled at her.

She responded with a smile and after I grabbed a condom from the couch side table—which she didn’t even bat an eye at me having—and rolled it on, she lowered that sweet pussy onto my cock.

“Fuck,” I hissed as she stretched and wrapped around me. She moaned as she got situated and started to rock back and forth, rolling her hips. She was panting and groaning uncontrollably within minutes. “Hey, baby, slow down. We got all night.”

Her eyes were round and dark as they found mine. She nodded and slowed her pace and her breathing. We stayed locked together as she worked her body up and down mine. My fingers found her clit and stroked the bud as she rolled and her eyes pressed closed again with a groan. “God, Aaron, that’s….wow.”

I grinned and waited until her release rippled through her and over me like a summer thunderstorm. She reached climax and came down again. Then, after a brief pause to catch her breath, she thrust back against me with a renewed vigor and it was my turn to have my eyes roll back in my head.

I held on as long as I could, gripping her ass cheeks as she worked, and my mind went wild with all the things I’d do to her once I was back at full strength and healed from my injuries.

She wasn’t gonna know what hit her.

All the fantasies racing through my mind only added to the pleasure of her body against mine and I exploded inside her. She slowed and drew every last bit from me before she stopped and sagged against my chest.

“Damn,” she panted against my sweat coated chest. “Strip chicken turned out to be better than the name suggested.”

I laughed. “Think we should patent it?”

She giggled and shook her head against me. “No, I think it’s just for us.”

Something about the way she said us soaked through my skin and warmed me. “Fair enough.”

We pulled ourselves together long enough to shimmy back into our discarded clothing from the simulators room and go back over to my house on the other side of the property.

I wanted to make her come again.

Gemma and I woke up the following morning with the sun streaming in through the blinds in my living room. We’d crashed through the doors and promptly fallen back together on my bed. Eventually, we’d fallen asleep together, and when the morning came, we were still tangled together just as we had been the night before. I dropped a kiss to Gemma’s bare shoulder and she stirred.

“Morning,” I said, my voice thick.

“Morning to you too.” Gemma giggled.

“What’s so funny over there?” I nuzzled my stubble across her skin and she shivered against me.

“Strip chicken…God…how much did we drink at Harvey’s?”

A flash of panic shot through my gut, wondering if that was her subtle way of saying she’d been out of her mind to sleep with me. In all fairness, that wouldn’t be the worst thing a woman had ever told me, but there was something about Gemma that had me wishing that maybe this would be different.

She would be different.

She rolled over, tugging the sheet with her, and looked up into my face. “I had a perfect time, Aaron.” She brushed her fingers over my hair and smiled.

“Me too.”

A silence enveloped us, freezing us in place, until the sound of a loud truck backfired, sending us both bolting upright. “Ow, fuck!” I gasped, grabbing for my side.

“Oh, are you okay?” Gemma said, craning around to check my wound.

“Yeah,” I replied through gritted teeth. “I keep forgetting that sudden moves make my body angry right now.”

She laughed softly. “It’ll be back to normal soon. I promise. I personally did those stitches, so I know they’re good.”

“I don’t think I ever thanked you,” I said, suddenly frozen by the realization. I looked down into her grey eyes and tucked a hand around her cheek, my thumb brushing her jawline. “Thank you for saving my life, Gemma.”

She went silent, her eyes searching mine, and then smiled. “You’re welcome. It was my pleasure.”

We pulled apart after another few seconds and I stalked over to the window to see what the hell was going on. I groaned and cursed under my breath as I saw that the truck that had backfired was a news van. “The media circus is gearing up for another day. God, this is getting really, really old. Maybe I should just fuckin’ sell the whole thing to O’Keefe. I don’t know how much more of this shit I can take.”
