“Fine. I would like to meet them.”
“Maybe you will soon. How are the staff members treating you?”
“They are great. Everyone is so kind and nice to me. I like it here.”
I pressed my hand against my chest when I felt a pang of sadness. We were without home, so I was relieved to hear she had a good time there. I just didn’t want to think about the money and expenses or the fact that there was someone out there who could take better care of her than me.
“I gotta go now, lots to figure out Granny.”
“Okay, honey. I hope you have a great day.”
I smiled, warming instantly at the thought of being with Trent and Caleb again. “You too, Granny. I’ll call you again soon.”
“Alright. Bye.”

I ended the call and headed to the store to pick out a cute dress before going to the firehouse. Since Granny and I had money issues, I didn’t remember when the last time I went shopping was. I was grateful to them for giving me money, and I wanted to repay them somehow. Maybe I could cook for them. Since they had made me a dinner last night, I could make them some of my favorite meals instead. I loved cooking just like Trent, and I wanted to make something special.
While I was at the firehouse maybe I could use a laptop or the internet too. Get in touch with the insurance company and do more job searching. Now, more than ever, I needed steady employment. There was so much to think about. It was overwhelming.
Twenty minutes later, I entered one of the boutiques, feeling all excited about my chance to impress them. I didn’t need much time to find the perfect dress, which was a small red dress that reached my mid thighs. It was strapless, and it had lace covering the hem and the middle part, slightly revealing the skin of my waist. It was sweet and sexy at the same time and I bought it along with the stiletto high heels, intent on driving the guys crazy.
There was still some money left, so I went to another shop and bought some nice lace lingerie. I went to my hotel and dressed up, getting impatient to see them again. Even though only several hours had passed since I saw them for the last time, it felt so long, and as I boarded the bus on my way to the firehouse, I felt a horde of butterflies filling my stomach.
I was excited and couldn’t wait to see their reactions to the dress. I’d fallen for them, so deep for them, but for some reason it didn’t freak me out. Instead, I felt happier than ever, growing addicted to this spreading feeling more and more.

Caleb and I were alone in the firehouse since everyone else had been out in the field on a training exercise. It was quiet and there wasn’t much to do when there weren’t other guys around. Then again, both Caleb and I were impatient to see if Bree would show up or not. It was almost noon, but she still didn’t come.
As if she’d heard my thoughts, she appeared several minutes later, the high heels of her shoes drawing my attention away from my phone. I slowly raised my eyes, following the seductive lines of her legs, hips, and breasts that were barely contained in the tight fitting dress she wore.

She giggled and let him kiss her slowly, leaning into his hands on her waist. “I needed to see you, guys.”

“Something for us? What?”
“Since you made me dinner last night and left me money to buy clothes, I wanted to offer to cook for you. I also cook, so I would like you to try some of my favorite dishes.”
