“Well, Ms. Layne, thank you for your time and your thorough answers. As you may be aware we have a project starting today and we need the help here at the office to replace some people we’ve moved to the field. Since the project has already begun, it’s safe to say you’re hired.”

I told her about our building project for a local health network and what we expected to achieve with it.
I was pleasantly surprised when she took her small notebook and began writing down the important points. This showed her enthusiasm and professionalism, and it proved that my decision to hire her was right.
“My secretary will show you around our company and introduce you to the important staff members you’ll be working with.”
“Understood, sir.”
We both stood and I gave her a once over again, waiting for her to turn around so I could see what her ass was like.

I finally let go of her hand, already missing it. “And one more thing. You can call me Grant.”

Madison
I entered my apartment and turned on the lights. I felt exhausted after a long day, but now that everything was finally over, I was satisfied with myself and a bit proud. Yes, I had to work hard from now on—harder than ever before—but I was ready for any challenge that might come my way.

I turned on my shower, eager to step under the hot water and relax before I went to bed. Today was definitely a good day. In the end it turned out to be much better than I expected it to be. All those days I spent in preparation, researching about the company and the construction field, and practicing my answers had paid off.
I exhaled, stepping under a stream of hot water, and let my muscles completely relax.
I couldn’t believe I was so lucky to get the job. LQT Development Firm was really successful and one of the strongest in their area. This was a real step in my career, and I had to give my best to prove my worth.
I’d started in real estate offices right out of high school, and that experience had been extremely valuable, but I’d gone back to school ever since. I hoped that a better education would increase my chances to get a good, higher paying job.
