He explained to me the problem. They wanted to maximize LQT’s profit with this contract, but the client didn’t want to give up on their requirements.
After I studied the case and the documents, I realized there was a legal loophole we could use. I knew how to help them.
“Actually, there is something LQT could do without even complying to their request. It will benefit our side and it will give us a long-term profit,” I said, explaining to them what this was about.
“Cassie, you’re amazing.” Travis looked at me with admiration when I finished my explanation, grabbing my face and kissing the hell out of me. “How didn’t I remember that before? You rock, girl!”
“That’s our girl.” Patrick’s eyes seared into me. “So smart and beautiful.”
We put the final documents together, working hard until everything was finished. I felt great knowing I helped them. It was strange how things had worked out. Maybe all those interviews were for a reason. I was glad I’d been rejected before. Those failures had led me to Travis and Patrick.
“We love how we work together as a team, Cassie,” Travis said.
“Yeah, baby. We always want you to be the part of our team.”
I smiled at them, my heart swelling with love. “Always, guys. Count me in.”
In the end, the deal went through, and I started working as an attorney next to my men. We were so happy and in love, never able to get enough of each other.
