I watched her expression change from concern to surprise in a matter of seconds.

“There are some details to sort through of course. The position did say we were looking to fill the position immediately. We need you to start tomorrow. What do you think? Do you accept the offer?”
She nodded energetically. “Yes.” I saw the sparkle in her eyes. “Yes. I absolutely accept it.”
I smiled and stood, offering her my hand. “Great, then that’s settled. Welcome to LQT, Ms. Lawson.”

Travis shook his head. “You’re right. I wish we’d met her outside of the office because it would look bad if we tried to date or sleep with her. We can’t with someone who is working in our company.”
“Not only that. She is our legal assistant.”
Travis nodded. “Yes. It wouldn’t be good at all.”
“But did you see the way she was looking at us? She totally wants us.”

We erupted into laughter. “Control yourself,” I said. “We have to keep our hands off her.”
